Worth the trip to Brighton! - Edit
To the lady serving us (sorry I didn’t get your name) you were so welcoming and such a kind person - letting my dog come in and even giving her treats and playing with her.
Read moreThe food was amazing, the portions were big. I love the flavour and texture of the fish, I ordered the cod. The chips are some of the best you can get very yummy without having an oily taste 😋. Thank you for making fish and chips vegan 🌱

Probamos el cod fish and chip con salsa tártara, y hay que reconocer que tanto de sabor como de textura, el plato está muy logrado. Sitio muy recomendable para cenar después de dar un paseo por la playa de Brighton.

Perfect vegan seaside tea - Edit
Easily the best vegan fish and chips I’ve tried. The cod is so tasty, the chips are perfect and the sauces are delicious too. Definitely recommend and will go back again. The location is right on the seafront too, near the i360 so it’s a perfect seasidey stop!

Great tofish n chips - Edit
Really authentic 'fish' n chips. I had the 'haddock' (smokey flavour) which was delicious. At first the 'fish' portion seemed small but it turned out to be perfect.

Getting a four... - Edit
Delightful vegan fish with nori encasing it.
Read moreOutrageously tasty and loved it.
Exceptionally expensive, 31 quid for two average sized plates of nosh.
They put a five per cent charge on your bill to help the staff:fair enough but tjey do not ask, you only get to know when you read the menu on a screen behind the counter.
A bit sneaky in my view. So it's a nice four.
Pros: Vegan , Excellent fish , Tasty
Cons: Expensive. , Chips are oven chips fried.

Hands down best vegan fish and chips I've ever had. All my friends, who aren't vegan, were also blown away. The tofu is such a great texture and taste! I would recommend the calamari too. The portions are massive so I end up going for a child's option.

Impressive! - Edit
The fish imitations were really impressive! They tasted good, especially the cod. I wonder how they are made... However, the flavours could be a bit more stronger though. Also, I missed some veg, or a least some optional side dishes with vegetables. But generally very good.

I expected better - Edit
I heard amazing things about this place so was super excited to try it out when I was in Brighton.
Read moreI arrived dead on opening time only to discover a note on the door explaining they’d be opening 30 mins later.
I ordered large ‘haddock’ and chips.
It was all nice enough but for the price I really did expect a bigger meal. There were a lack of chips although they were quite dry anyway. It didn’t take me long to use up the tartar sauce which came in a very small pot. The ‘haddock’ was quite nice however.
Pros: Nice location by the beach
Cons: Very expensive, Portions too small, Opened late

Nice taste but big on profit margins evidently.

We had the large smoked haddock and chips, battered saveloy, lemon prawns and mushy peas. The chips were some of the best I've ever had, really chunky. The 'fish' tasted really fishy and the saveloy was delicious. Superbly done!

Hours being reduced. Don’t open on these advertised hours (including ones posted on the door)
Read moreActively told me they couldn’t be bothered to open on time because there weren’t enough customers
When I pointed out that I was a customer they asked me to offload a truck load of goods that had been left in front of their unit “upstairs.”
Pretty disgusted to be honest so will not be going back. I’d spent £4 on parking at that point…

You'd never believe it was vegan. I'd love to bring a Omni friend here to see what they think too. I had the smoked haddock and it even had a nori seaweed skin 🤯 chips were perfectly cooked and the girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful.
