Authentic, delicious Danish treats - Edit
They remind me a bit of Tea Cakes from Scotland but less sweet. Very tasty and delicate sweeties with a wide variety of flavours.

Good range of flavours - Edit
Great to try some vegan Flødeboller! 4 for 118kr (£3.44 each) so a bit expensive but tasty and not something I'd seen anywhere else.

Lovely little place - Edit
Really nice little place, I stopped for a chai latte and picked up a couple of the chocolate covered marshmallows for later. Everything was very tasty and the service was great.

Great place for flødeboller - Edit
Many vegan options of flødeboller. Also a great choice of vegan milk alternatives for coffee. They also have seating options inside torverhall.

Tastes like schaumküsse - Edit
It's really good, but I think you only need one to know how it tastes. Haven't had one in vegan before though and they did it justice.

Luxurious vegan flødeboller - Edit
A luxurious and completely plant-based take on the classic Danish "flødeboller". I usually buy a box with the classic ones with chocolate and coconut flakes.

Fun little treat! - Edit
I wanted to support a vegan business and was happy I did. I tried the seasonal cherry marshmallow and it was really good. I agree with the other reviewer who said the chocolate shell was a bit too thick but not enough to harm the experience! The marshmallow is super light which I enjoyed a lot.

Liked it but the choclate coat was too thick for my taste - Edit
Such chocolate-coated marshmallow treats (Schokokuss in German, flødeboller in Danish or ciepłe lody in Polish) is one of my favorite childhood treats for which I haven’t found the perfect vegan replacement yet. Unfortunately also in this case. While the filling was very tasty (we’ve tried the classic, lemon curd, mokka and chai - all great), I was bit disappointed by how thick the chocolate layer was. Maybe it’s the way that it’s done in Denmark. I wouldn’t know since I haven’t try the non-vegan version. For me it would be perfect with a much thinner chocolate coat though.

Unique local treats - Edit
Massive variety of delicious chocolatey, marshmallow filled cakes, similar to teacakes, but even better.
Read moreThere were about 15 different flavours so something for everyone. I had a chai and my partner had caramel but they all had fruitier options.
There is a very small layer of marzipan at the bottom so they wouldn't be an option for those with a nut allergy.

Pumpkin spice ice cream - Edit
Really friendly, and delicious treats. The goods they had are like really tasty Scottish tunnocks teacakes which I haven’t had for a really long time. Instead of a biscuit base it’s a marzipan.

Get the mocha one! - Edit
I love that this place is fully vegan! I was expecting something like UK teacakes but the base is like marzipan rather than biscuit. The mocha one was tasty but not my favourite thing ever.

Flodeboller are, more or less, chocolate covered marshmallows. I love a salad as much as the next herbivore, but sometimes you need a chocolate covered marshmallow! Or four….

Kinda addictive :) - Edit
I was skeptical to try this dessert as I really don't like marshmallow or overly sweet creams but after reading all these ravishing reviews I wanted to give it a try.
Read moreOh boy what a wonderful surprise! The chocolate blends so well with the mousse filling and every bite is like a symphony in your mouth. I tried the mocca salty caramel and I loved it, I just wish I had a few more days in CPH to try more flavors. I'm at home now and I'm still dreaming about this dessert... if you don't visit Glean while in CPH you will miss one of the best things the city has to offer foodwise :)
Pros: Amazing flavors, Very unique
Cons: It's addictive 😅
