Everything we had was absolutely delicious. We had the potato goulash and moussaka to share. We also ordered the plum dumpling for dessert. The dumpling is big, so I'm glad we ordered one to share.

Had svickova and Caesar salad. Food was good overall but definitely pricey. Had medovnik as well. It was about $60 (1300czk) for two with nonalcoholic drinks, dessert, lunch. Svickova is very good but I wish they didn’t use beyond brand for meat and put more cranberries. Salad was tasty but you pay 300,- for lettuce and tempeh🙈 get svickova instead if you ever go. Medovnik was great, drinks too, server was nice. View was partially blocked by a big sun umbrella when we went.. it’s a nice place but I don’t think the prices are worth it for a regular visit, there are some cheaper amazing vegan places with traditional Czech food.

Found this place when on a guided tour. So returned for lunch. after climbing the steep stairway found a very pleasant restaurant with friendly staff who were most helpful . Had the faux sirloin with pumpkin sauce and dumplings & apple cucumber salad. This was one of the best vegan meals I have eaten 😋

Delicious food - well priced considering the location. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, vegan or not. We went for lunch but would definitely try a dinner if we come back to Prague. Be prepared to walk up quite a long spiral staircase, but this adds to the atmosphere.

Good Food in Superb Location - Edit
Nice restaurant in a cool building, with an amazing outdoor area. If you’re lucky to get one of the four tables outside, you can have a great view on Prague castle, while at the same time enjoying some silence in this usually so crowded area of Prague.
Read moreThe food itself was pretty good, however we were a little disappointed that there are not that many traditional dishes as we were hoping for. Also the main dish we had was quite far from its original version (completely different sauce, the “no beef slice” was more like a burger patty). Also it was a little expensive, and there are definitely several vegan restaurants in Prague where the taste convinced us even a little more, therefore only four stars.

Angefangen mit dem Ambiente hat uns das Lokal total überrascht: von außen sehr unscheinbar geht es durch eine Tür einige Treppen hoch, bis man im dritten Stock steht. Dort hat man die Möglichkeit nochmal eins höher zu gehen und das Essen mit Aussicht auf Prags Dächer zu genießen. Quasi im Dach des Lokals wurde man dann super freundlich bedient und das Essen war auch unglaublich lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen und sehr zu genießen.

The place is amazing with the ceiling "on 2 waters" we say in Spanish, like a peak. There is a lovely terrace on the top floor, unfortunately too hot because they don't have umbrellas. So, we moved in.
Read moreThe food was good. We were a bit dissapointed about the Vegetable salad with quinoa, avocado and cashew cheese. It had more cucumber than avocado. Actually it was half of the salad. We tried to take it off, but we had to give it back. If you have a main ingredient in a dish, you have to tell it, especially when there is more than others specified on the menu.
Of course, we didn't want to have the dessert there, even though the front staff was correct, not very actively attentive.

We ventured in after a visit to see the castle. We sat inside as wasps plagued us once our drinks arrived. Food was delicious. I had the courgette lasagna and my daughter tried beef and bread dumplings. It was very filling and comforting food.
