Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Richtig lecker und gut zu erreichen. Wir haben sogar Freitag Abend spontan einen Tisch bekommen, obwohl es schon gut besucht war. Service war auch total nett.

Wir haben nur Kleinigkeiten probieren können aber es war sehr lecker, die Einrichtung ist nett und das Essen kam sehr schnell. Außerdem haben sie eine gute Playlist. Ich kehre gerne wieder wenn ich die Chance habe! Die veganen chicken wings würde ich allerdings nicht unbedingt empfehlen, sie sind eher trocken— vielleicht gut in Kombination mit etwas erfrischendem.

Read moreThere were two of us at To1980 and we ordered and tried a few dishes. We liked it. The Butterfly Spring tea was my personal highlight.
Although we were there on a Saturday evening and it was very busy, our order came quickly.
1 point deduction:
- The toilets are a bit disgusting and should urgently be better maintained.
- Ambience is only okay, as the tables are very close together.

Wir waren zu zweit im To1980 und haben einige Speisen bestellt und probiert. Uns hat es geschmeckt. Der Butterfly Spring Tee war mein persönliches Highlight.
Obwohl wir an einem Samstag Abend vor Ort waren und es sehr voll war, kam unsere Bestellung schnell.
Punkte Abzug:
- Die Toiletten sind etwas eklig und sollten dringend besser gewartet werden.
- Ambiente geht so, da die Tische sehr dicht beieinander stehen.

Authentic & veganized Vietnamese cuisine, here you can find not only traditional food but also novelty and fusion items, such as bao buns, "chicken" wings, mochi, etc. I really enjoyed the magic rolls (lá lốt, mushroom & tofu in betel leaves) and ha cao, which is quite unique/hard to find in vegan form anywhere. The prices for the small plates were very expensive imo, for the little amount that was served. The tofu wasn't that flavourful, either, which was a bit of a disappointment for me. Otherwise the flavour was spot on, kind service and cozy interior, would definitely come again, but for the bigger bowls and noodle soups.

Ah, wrote an update but it seems to be missing. I will add it in this comment. The last time we’d been there it looked to us the menue sizes had decreased (and prices increased). Also there was some lack of flavour compared to the times before. The way to and the restroom self weren’t in a good administred shape/and not very clean. We tried severall times to make a reservation with different outcomes. Some times no one was available (no online booking) or they didnt understood our request, so so times they didnt make any reservation at all (even when communicated otherwise at the telefone). I hope all the points stated will be improved. For now we wont bring any friends here for diner because of the decreased flavour/sizes and stand-alone-ness (compared to other places) these days (been better before).

Very tasty food! A lot of options, all vegan. Staff was friendly and the food was delivered fast. I tried a bao bread, gyoza’s and a bowl. All of them tasty good and fresh. Its not very cheap, but realistic pricing for what you get I would say. Definitely recommend!

Overall the restaurant is pretty good. It was pretty busy when we arrived (luckily we had a reservation). This meant that it was also really loud. They seemed understaffed for so many costumers which lead to the staff being not very attentive but they were still friendly and helpful whenever we got hold of them! The food was overall tasty but I’ve eaten at similar places before that were just better. Overall I would still recommend it and go there again 😊

Very nice and cozy restaurant. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The ambient of the restaurant is not high class but it’s not cheap or anything else. It’s more proper to the prices and the food.
Read moreYou can dine inside or outside if you like. In Summer there are little sunshades so you can dine without having a sunburn. The service inside and outside is both very good and quick, and not bothersome.
All the food is vegan. You can choose between small meals and big meals. I recommend you try many of the small things, so you can gather a good overview of the culinary art of the restaurant. My friends and my favorite meal are the vegan chick stripes but also I can recommend every other dish on the menu. The drinks are also very nice and affordable. You can choose between various types of teas and Asian beers. But the also got red wine and white wine.
You can pay with cash, Visa card, master card, or debit card.
When you visit Düsseldorf and you like Asian food, you should definitely try out this awesome restaurant.

We absolutely loved everything! We ordered several small bowls to share. The peanut sauce that came with the summer rolls was exceptionally tasty! We ordered the vegan chicken wings twice because we loved it. We shared the flamingo big bowl. But if we are going to eat here again we will only order the small dishes.

Nice free appetizer (vegan spring roll) and plenty of options. I had the one pilar bowl, and tbh it tasted kinda bland. Not a fan of the filled tofu skin things. My friends (not vegan) craved more flavors.
