Wir hatten ein vorgegebenes 4-Gänge-Menü, das sehr lecker war. Vorallem die Vorspeise & die Nachspeise waren top. Das einzige, was ich kritisieren würde, war, dass es im Lokal etwas kühl war. (wir waren im Feber 2024 dort) Die Angestellten sind freundlich & bemüht & vom Preis her war alles im allen total passend.

We were really excited after reading the reviews here, all the bigger was our disappointment when we got our orders. The carbonara was a tad too salty, but otherwise fine, not exciting though. The other dish had seitan, which unfortunately had a strange watery texture and with the sauce that came with it, tasted off. We sent it back and ordered a burger instead, which turned out to be only a burger patty with sauce and potatoes and green salad on the side, but no bun. No big deal, just ... odd, it tasted okay. We were tempted to try their tiramisu, but didn't wanna challenge our luck another time, so left without dessert.
Read moreSuch a pity, wasted potential. Maybe a reduced menu would allow them to focus more on the quality and taste of their dishes. Also, it might be helpful to have a description of the dishes. On the English menu at least, they only name the dishes, but there are no details as to what ingredients there are.

he tasted the seitan (which I remember he didn't know what it was) and without saying anything, but only at the waiter's request, as to why he left it, it was deducted from his bill and replaced with the vegan burger.
maybe he didn't realize that it's a vegan restaurant.....

Enjoyed a lovely, quiet dinner at Nirvana. I had a big bowl of vegetable soup, which was a full meal, and my husband had the tofu and stewed vegetables. We shared the chocolate and pear torta for dessert.

I loved it! There are LOTS of options, the dishes are big, price is fair, the place is cozy and huge, all the workers (especially the waiter who attended me) were super nice… I just really enjoyed the meal and I am looking forward to getting there back!

Nel complesso era buono però si può trovare di meglio.
Forse andrebbe ridotta la scelta, comunque molto ampia, dando precedenza alla qualità. #Veganuary

Salve!!! Purtroppo noi più che accendere le 24 luci che abbiamo nella nostra piccola sala, non possiamo fare…. Potessi mettere i fari puntati sulla gente che lo desidera lo farei…. Mi dispiace tanto che non apprezzi preparazioni tutte non surgelate e soprattutto espresse… l unica cosa che mi dispiace…. Che purtroppo tanti vegani stanno chiudendo, e invece di tutelarli li criticate…. Le consiglio di dire direttamente in faccia ai titolari quando si trova male nei locali invece di fare il leone da tastiera

The spot is out of the busy streets and offers lots of seats. You are welcome by very gentle staff and guided in recommendations you can trust with a blind eye. I went few times to try other dishes and loved the roast seitan cooked with Chianti: it melted in the mouth

Liked everything about the place! The food was excellent , with a lot of good choice. It was really tasty and healthy (best carbonara and tiramisu ever since vegan) and the vibe of the place was also very restful! Very pleasant within a big city as is Firenze.

I love the big menu of all options! Everything is vegan😍🥹 The Seitan and tiramisu are so good…went back twice for it. I will say my only negative comment is the free bread they provide - it’s not that good.

The truffle spaghetti was too truffle-y. You'd expect some truffle on top, but this was heavily loaded with truffle oil. Tiramisu was not what you'd expect in Italy.

For the record, I've been vegan 6+ years now and I don't remember what 'regular' tiramusi tastes like. My comparison is related to other vegan ones I've tried. I was not by any chance dissing your business or the food in general, It was a mere expression of my personal food taste, and we are all entitled to have our own opinions/preferences.

Tiramisu was a bit watery I think (though I don't remember how it should taste), but was quite light so perfect as dessert.

The ruffle tagliatelle was a hearty portion full of flavor. The grilled vegetable side dish was less successful as it was completely unadorned by seasoning, and the eggplant was slightly bitter.

We have been to a lot of Italy so far but this was our first vegan restaurant so it was such a relief to have vegan options like ravioli and caprese! Anyway the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I want to try all the vegan restaurants in Florence but I’m tempted to go back here because it was so nice.
