Real tasty - Edit
We had lunch here and were really impressed with the food. It was so much tastier than it looked and it looked great! I had 3 items from the menu together and desert. Really tasty and a variety of flavours. Staff were really friendly and helpful too. Edit: we went back another night for dinner and it was the best meal we’d had in Turin all week. We had a vegan antipasto to start then Tagliatelle and carbonara for mains, Tiramisu for desert. Soooooooo good.

Amazing food - Edit
The Piemontese appetizer is phenomenal (my husband is from Piemonte and loved it). The wine selection is small but good (we had the Favorita from the Langhe - a great new find for us). The buckwheat Crespelle is sublime and the rigatoni super satisfying. We may come back to Torino just for another great vegan meal.

Busy - Edit
When I went it was pretty busy, and I definitely got the feeling that they wanted me to hurry up. The service wasn't amazing, but the food was great! A bit expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Lovely lunch experience - Edit
The staff explained the extensive options in very good English. You can select from protein, grains and bean based dishes and build your own plate. Everything was absolutely delicious. There was a little seating area outside which was nicely shaded.

Such a great vegan deli! The staff was helpful in explaining the menu in English. I got a container full of different items and had it for dinner later (didn't get to heat it) and it was all delicious! Such an amazing little place, love it!

Just awesomely delicious ! THE place to try !! - Edit
The restaurant is cute and the staff is friendly. We ate some absolutely fabulous agnolottis stuffed with cashew cream walnut and thyme, we warmly recommend it to anyone !! The cardigan is really good too and the food was served with bead and DELICIOUS gressinni !! The best we had in Torino ! The pasta was the best we had too ! We ate a orange seitan very good too and an amazing artichoke and tempeh tower, spectacular and soooo tasty !! We ended with the most fabulous vegan tiramusa we had in 3days and a sumptuous chocolate and strawberry cake !! Really really a good place !!

Nice restaurant and alright food - Edit
My husband and I had dinner at Mezzaluna and we really liked the restaurant and the service was excellent. We both got the menu where you get to try three starters, two first course dishes and one second course. We found that the dishes varied a lot in quality. One dish was really super delicious (the quinoa flan!), some were just alright, whereas some of the other ones were either bland (the seitan scallops) or too salty (the carbonara). Overall though, it was a nice restaurant experience with decent food. I would definitely go there again if I get the chance and try some more things on the menu.

Decent veg option in Turin - Edit
We stopped in here for lunch to pay homage to this veg institution, in business for over 20 years. There is no English menu but the very helpful staff described everything for us. This is “buffet food”, meaning that it has all been prepared at some earlier time. The food was ok, just a bit on the bland side. The staff was extremely friendly and even called us a cab on our way out.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed our food! Our more casual lunch service is made up of about 30 different specialties that change every day according to market availability and inspiration of the cooks, the menu is written on a board right before service and is updated as more preparations come out of the kitchen and others get sold out. That is why we have no time and resources to translate it in English.

Fantastic - Edit
My partner and I went there for lunch and were both very happy with the food and the service.
Read moreThe menu was of a decent size but unfortunately only in italian which neither myself nor my partner speak. Not a problem for our waitress who patiently took us through the whole thing; then, when both of us where still a little dumbstruck by the options, organised a wide selection of bits and pieces for us to share between us.
We were impressed by all of the dishes we received in our lucky dip and very grateful to the wonderful waitress that knew exactly how to deal with a pair of bemused tourists.
We will definitely be returning, perhaps better prepared next time.
Pros: Excellent staff, Great food, Reasonable price
