Our more casual lunch service is made up of about 30 different specialties that change every day according to market availability and inspiration of the cooks, the menu is written on a board right before service and is updated as more preparations come out of the kitchen and others get sold out. That is why we have no time and resources to translate it in English. Variety and customization of the dishes may complicate things but it is what people want from our place. I am sorry that we coudn't explain things in a satisfactory way to you, it shoudn't happen.
