An all-vegan restaurant offers a new menu every day. NOTE: Location and signage is difficult to find. You need to find the MAY CHA tea shop, and enter through this storefront. The red MAY CHA sign is easy to find from the street, and once inside you can see the sign for MANG'S MANIA at the stairs in the back. Mang's Mania is up the stairs on the first floor. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-8:30pm, Sat 11:00am-9:00pm. Closed Sun.

We found the restaurant to have friendly staff, the food was very tasty. Some of the hot sauce was very spicy, there was a wide variety of food and it was all very interesting. We liked everything and it was a really chill atmosphere highly recommended.

Nice & cosy - Edit
The location is great,in a small street full of live and restaurants. Menu is not that big and at dinner time they run out of many items. Beautiful, modern interior in pastel colors.Very interesting deserts made of peas.

Nothing special - Edit
Comparing to all the great food and services we had in Ho Chi Minh, this was not at all special. If you are looking for a cheap, easy way out of lunch is ok. Super hard to find as mentioned and serving was not welcoming.

Nice refuge - Edit
This place is quite hidden, you need to go through a drinks shop (look for the circle sign for Mang’s Mania on the top right in front of it, not easily visible but it’s there) and go up the stairs.
Read moreIt felt really nice as a refuge from the heat and noise from the street.
We had the combo menu. Overall it was okay, but nothing special. The noodle dish (we chose the one with Indian taro) was nice but the fried tempeh we didn’t like it as much.
We also had salted caramel ice cream for dessert and we liked it.
The price is quite reasonable.
Pros: Cute hidden place, Affordable
Cons: Food was nothing special but still good

Delicious and I think is was fully vegan - Edit
I had the vegan balls with brown rice and tomato sauce and it was delicious (the photo was taken after I had several bites!). I can’t remember the name of the noodle bowl hubby had (included in photo) but it was also delicious. And the vegan salted caramel ice cream was outstanding. As other reviews have said, the entrance is a bit tricky as it looks like it is part of the shop below. I’ve marked the entrance in yellow in the photo.

I went to this restaurant 4 days in a row, for my visit to Ho Chi Minh City and every day I was amazed by the delicious food and service, absolutely vegan so you don’t need to care about ingredients, I’m very happy that this options can be found all around the world and still get to know the typical food, just in a cooler way!

Eat here - Edit
Simply put, the food is delicious. The building is filled with a delectable aroma the minute you set foot through the door,. With a hand written rotating menu don’t expect to eat the same meal as I but have faith that whatever you chose will be tasty and leave you wanting to come back. staff are friendly and the service is both helpful and fast.

Delightful Veg Restaurant! - Edit
Daily menu on the chalkboard has a lot of variety, and mostly vegan dishes. It was hard to choose a dish! Hubs got a dish with vegan balls (uncertain of the ingredients, but medium density with great flavor!) and tofu in a tomato sauce. The tomato sauce was less of a pasta sauce, and more of a light sauce with chunks of tomato, and it had an amazing taste! I had the vegan fennel balls with tofu and rice. We had the choice of white or brown rice, which was a nice change. Both dishes were served with sauteed green onions, and bitter melon (?) on the side, as well as a brothy onion soup and spicy soy sauce. These were easily some of our favorite dishes of our entire trip! Service was very friendly, and very speedy. We also had the ginger lime with lemongrass drink, and it was super refreshing! Overall, a big win of a restaurant. Directions to find were on point in the app (going thru MayCha restaurant to the back stairs).
