An all-vegan restaurant offers a new menu every day. NOTE: Location and signage is difficult to find. You need to find the MAY CHA tea shop, and enter through this storefront. The red MAY CHA sign is easy to find from the street, and once inside you can see the sign for MANG'S MANIA at the stairs in the back. Mang's Mania is up the stairs on the first floor. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-8:30pm, Sat 11:00am-9:00pm. Closed Sun.

Lovely staff and authentic dishes - Edit
This is a cute restaurant hidden up a flight of stairs in the center of the city. The menu is written on a board and I get the impression it can change frequently. I went in for pho but doesn't look like they sell it anymore. I got the mi Quang noodles which tasted authentic and were nice, I think if you love pumpkin then this is a great option. I wasn't sold on the pumpkin broth but that's just my personal taste. My partner liked the vegan balls and tofu rice dish. It looks like they don't use any sugar in their drinks so iced teas etc. aren't sweet!

Simple, clean & flavorful - Edit
Flavorful dishes and the right portion size per dish. They even added a complimentary soup. And the cold coconut water was incredible - the coconuts here are smaller than the ones we’ve had in india and Indonesia and are very very sweet. Lovely spot for a clean and flavorful meal.

Tasty and affordable! - Edit
I got the mushrooms and tofu with soy sauce and I loved it. Served with veggies, tea and soup. Hard to find as you have to kinda walk through another restaurant but don't give up!

Hidden Gem in the heart of the city - Edit
Lovely upstairs restaurant run entirely by women. Really enjoyed the food and the variety of options of different noodle and rice dishes. Also served lovely desserts. Have to go through another shop to find it but quite common in Vietnam- definitely worth seeking out.

Good food, decent price - Edit
Ordered the tofu in tomato sauce which comes with rice and vegetables. Really enjoyed it -fresh and healthy tasting, and a decent size portion. We were not however a fan of the spring and green mustard rolls we ordered, not lots of flavour or substance to them. Cosy setting and also has a balcony looking out into busy city. Recommend a visit.

Limited options, food is just okay - Edit
Cozy little place upstairs, menu options are written on the chalk board and items are erased if they are out. The food is fine but nothing to rave about.

Delicious food, great value! - Edit
It’s not easy to find. You need to walk through the right hand side of Maycha on the ground floor and take the stairs to level 1. The changing menu is displayed on the chalk board. The food was delicious, plentiful and great value for money. The restaurant accepts payment by credit card and cash. I would highly recommend a visit if you are near the Opera House part of town.

Hidden gem - Edit
We could not find this place the first time we looked (granted we were a little tired). It is on the first floor so you have to look closely for signs. Glad we looked again as it is amazing 🤩

Lovely food - Edit
The food here is lovely. The best is they don't use mock meat, but natural ingredients to make food, which I always love. One rice portion consists of rice, veggies and one menu option. The place is clean, nice staff, good food but the portion is somehow small and the price is a but steep.

A happening location - Edit
Mang’s Mania is a small venue on the second story, accessed through stairs at the back of another venue. There is indoor and balcony seating, we chose to sit outside; the people watching was excellent as your look onto Nguyen Hue walking street.
Read moreThe restaurant was clean and the waitress was very friendly, with varied selection of dishes on the menu. We enjoyed our eggplant and vegan ball mains, which both came with a complementary yummy vegetable broth. The rice paper rolls were good if you like coriander but we found the green wrap on the summer rolls too tough.
With an additional two beers we paid 252,000 vnd.
Overall we enjoyed our dinner experience!

Best food on HCMC - Edit
The food is awesome, healthy and very delicious. Everything is vegan and the staff is very friendly. It's a little more pricey then other restaurants but still very affordable and not to crazy. A main dish is 80k.

A nice quite 100% vegan restaurant in a busy area. Can be challenging to find as you have to walk to the back of a drink store to get to the stairs that take you to the restaurant.

Tranquilidad en Ho chi minh - Edit
Sitio muy tranquilo y acogedor.
Read moreLas camareras encantadoras.

Superb food - Edit
First of all, this place is difficult to find. At the back of another shop and up some stairs. Don't give up though, it's worth the effort of finding as the food was superb. The jackfruit in pepper sauce and brown rice dish was very moreish and one of my favourite dishes in Vietnam.

Visiting Australian - Edit
My Vietnamese-born wife and I are visiting from Australia. I always use Happy Cow to locate vegan restaurants. Mang's Mania is a lovely surprise and if it wasn't for the excellent description of it's location we may never have found it. It's quite a contrast walking up the stairs into a clean, fresh environment. We didn't know what to have so we had three main dishes: fennel balls with tofu in pepper sauce; tofu with mushroom in soy sauce; pineapple, cucumber, bell pepper (capsicum) in sweet and sour sauce. We chose the brown rice but this looked more like black/purple rice. Lovely in itself. My wife loves soup and had the Bún Thang Thích Thú. To top it off we had dessert, Longan and Jujube. All dishes were nicely presented and had plenty of flavour. I hope to return.
