Cute place, get a reservation! - Edit
I tried to make a reservation from the US by emailing and message on Facebook but got no response. I was hoping that noon on a Monday would be an ok time to go without one, and they squeezed us in but barely! Food was good, though seitan was kind of gelatinous and a chocolate cake was super dry. Loved the agnolotti with plums.

Top Notch Spot - Edit
Had dinner here last night and it was fantastic. Lots of vegan options. Ordered the sampler menu and loved it. The Seitan Masala is a MUST GET if it’s in the menu. It’s amazing. Also super cute space. You’re literally eating in a book store. Staff is very friendly as well. If you’re in Florence, this is a definite need to go spot.

Such nice food. I had the tempeh and the tortellini and both were truly next level. The sauces were so nice. My friend had the avocado salad, which is basically half an avo with some really nice sauce. I think my ideal dish would be those three.

Cool place since it’s also a bookshop and very cozy inside. They have multiple vegan options, including a few pastas. I had the seitan masala which was very good, though it was not a big portion. It’s a popular place so best to make a reservation in advance.

Tasty veg pasta - Edit
Came here for lunch without a reservation. My partner and I both got pasta since it was nice to be able to have veg pasta in Italy. Loved both of our dishes. Staff was very friendly and even gave us some other veg recommendations in Italy. Also it’s open on Sundays whereas many other veg options in Florence are not.

This bistro is inside a library full of alternative and artistic books. Such a calm space and good vibes. The food is very creative and was pretty good! Some items felt a bit over priced due to the small portions, but overall I recommend it for an alternative, local dining experience in Florence!

Forse l'unica cosa che non ci ha convinte sono le porzioni, perché da una parte il mio piatto (chitarra di pomodori secchi) era molto abbondante, quello della mia amica(tortelloni ripieni) era meno rispetto al mio.
Però la qualità del cibo era comunque molto buona, e i piatti ci hanno soddisfatto.
Abbiamo provato poi un dolce, il crumble di mele, che però non ci è piaciuto molto.

We had an amazing dinner here, starting with a shared salad, enjoying two mains and sharing a cake for dessert. These people really know how to cook vegan food. Not only was the atmosphere and presentation on point, the dishes were creative and super flavorful. We recently had a vegan menu prepared at an Italian Michelin rated place and this totally matched or even surpassed that experience (for less than half the price). We did not take advantage of their extensive wine selection, but the two glasses of Sicilian red were also much above average. Best food in Florence!

They squeezed us in for a reservation. Incredible food - such amazing flavors. Note that the full menu is vegetarian and about half of it is marked as vegan. We recommend getting the plate where you sample a salad, rice/pasta and special, so you can taste and try more things. Dinner was fast, 90 minutes, as tables were in demand.
