Vegan Decadence at its best - Edit
This dinning experience was hands down one of the best vegan experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. A 16 course vegan menu, featuring tasty and creative dishes, including various types of vegetables, seaweeds, soups, sauces, all served with different Chinese teas and home made kombuchas. Each dish is served with an explanation (in Mandarin Chinese and English) and the overall experience takes 2.5 hours. Dinners sat at the bar with dishes prepared in front of them. Shoes are removed before entering the restaurant (staff provide slippers). Outstanding.
