Great creative global cuisine - Edit
Great good & a creative global menu keeps us coming back. We've liked everything on the menu. It is in San Francisco so parking is challenging & on the street. Make reservations or chance the waitlist as seating is tough. We've loved the Mexican corn cakes, peas, roasted beet tostada, curry, shrub soda, and golden latte.

Cons: hard to get a reservation, parking is touch on SF streets

Flavorful but a bit too oily - Edit
Gorgeous restaurant with an eclectic fully vegan menu. I had the campanelle and the sauce was tangy and delicious, but just a bit too oily. I had wanted the wild seed burger but it wasn’t available today. My daughter loved the buckwheat noodles and my husband enjoyed spicy sausage pizza. The dough was crispy and he loved the marinara sauce. Overall a good experience.

Overpriced for the taste but GORGEOUS interior - Edit
Food overall isn't bad: the spicy yellow curry was not spicy and was somewhat sweet but was good, the curried cauliflower was bland (and they forgot my muhammara so I never tasted it), I was offered a salad as a rice replacement and it was literally just a small amount of lettuce, a couple of cherry tomatoes, and olive oil). The small serving size for the curry seems expensive ($17), usually curries with rice (with double the amount of curry) is $9-$11. The food is pricey in my opinion for the lack of spice (curry) and flavor (the cauliflower). However, the restaurant is STUNNING. There are many beautiful intricate details inside the restaurant and so it is a vegan restaurant option if you're looking for something more "upscale". I'll try some different dishes if I'm in the area but will not make a special trip for it, as the menu is big, maybe I just didn't order the right dishes. Also the wait time was 1.5-2 hours for a table so it is apparently popular.

Delicious Variety - Edit
The starters and main dishes were all thoroughly enjoyed by a mixed party of vegans, vegetarians, non-veg eaters alike. I particularly enjoyed the pea tendrils and campanelle with peperonata was quite good. I was a little less impressed with the desserts: the cheesecake was overwhelmingly coconut flavored and felt like an obvious vegan substitute, and the gelato was a bit icy and lacking in flavor. That and the seed crumble paled in comparison to the simple, lovely stone fruits they were paired with. The chocolate ganache with avocado was yummy. I tried and enjoyed the Old Darjeeling.

I appreciate that they have a wide range of types of dishes and inspiration from a variety of cuisines; there is bound to be something for everyone! Overall, very much recommended!

Mind expanding - Edit
This restaurant may be the best vegan restaurant I have been to yet. The ambiance was out of this world. We sat in the upper back where there was a hearth fireplace and tall veranda doors. Decor is well done. The menu was difficult to choose from because so many things were delicious sounding. We went with the BBQ plate, mushroom pizza, corn cakes and fried maitake. All were amazing. Best vegan bbq I’ve had with such variety. Pizza was top vegan pizza for sure. We also had deliciously creative cocktails. Our waiter was amazing; amicable, knowledgeable, and very prompt. This restaurant makes me want to move into the neighborhood or SF in general. It’s that good. It’s a special place.

Love, Love, Love - Edit
Beautiful restaurant with delicious food. We enjoyed the Harvest Bowl, Neatball Masala & Funghi Pizza, as well as the Mexican Corn Cakes. It was all delicious! My meat loving mother-in-law enjoyed the Rigatoni Bolognese too. Two of us ordered the Salt & Pepper cocktail and were very pleased. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the location, ambiance and wonderful food make it worthwhile.

Nice flavors - Edit
Overall, there were lots of good flavors within the dishes. However, in the spicy yellow curry, an unnecessary amount of herb garnishes were added and could have been left out. Under the garnish was barely any actual curry. The skewer was pretty good as well as the cheesecake.

Managed to get a table here on my second attempt without reservations but only indoors seating was still available (1 hour wait for outdoors, so I recommend reservations!)
Read moreFancy menu, moderate prices, great variety of fusion cuisines. I had the curried cauliflower for starter and beyond sausage pizza (subbed for the truffle bechamel sauce that normally goes on the mushroom pizza) plus the plum and mint juice. Everything delicious 😋 I didn't try the desserts since I'd already had some that day and $9 seemed a little steep. (My friend dragged me to the ice cream place across the street instead!)
Place was a little noisy and music choice wasn't the greatest in our opinion but whatever passes for trendy these days :P
Pros: Creative menu, Variety of drinks incl non alcoholic
Cons: Dessert is expensive, Can get very busy

We stumbled along this absolute gem! They have very nice street side outdoor dining with heat lamps! The menu covers a variety of comfort food choices, all of which are delicious! Reasonable size portions- not to small and not too big, just right! Definitely a must try for WFPB foodies!

Oh my god, go here! - Edit
It feels like a swanky drinks-after-work place except it's sneakily ALL vegan and phenomenal. I got the skewer. The tofu had the consistency of chicken and I am in awe that they made that dill sauce without dairy. I also got the mocktail Telegraph Hill which is one of the best I've ever had.

100% awesome - Edit
My (omni) partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this place. We used Yelp's waitlist feature to virtually put our names down for a table about 1.5 hours later on a Saturday for lunch. Their outdoor seating arrangement is generous and feels safe and lively at the same time. The service was impeccable, too. My partner spent a year living in Germany, and he was especially fond of the curry ketchup that came with Wildseed's (perfectly cooked) fries. The staff was happy to oblige his request for another ramekin of it.
Read moreThe chilaquiles were such a treat, and we loved the spicy sausage pizza. The crust was better than what we had at Baia: perhaps Wildseed gets to benefit from Beretta's experience since they're in the same restaurant group. The Mexican corn cakes were a lovely appetizer and tasted like polenta with a Latin twist.
They must have just discontinued the berry margarita since I no longer see it on their menu now, so I ordered the Aloe G&T: nice and refreshing. My partner's Salt & Pepper tasted like a Penicillin, which is his go-to cocktail.
For such an indulgent brunch, we felt that the prices were fair. We don't usually venture into Cow Hollow, but Wildseed gives us a great reason to.
Pros: fantastic food & drinks, great service, good value

Can I give 6 stars? Exceptional service, lovely outdoor seating area with plenty of space to be comfortable. Located in a lively and convenient area too! The Meyer Lemon Cheesecake lived up to expectations and the gluten free crumble was spectacular, the Mexican Corn Cakes had great flavor, and even the sauces with the fries blew me away. I couldn't stop eating the curry ketchup. I can't wait to come back again as soon as possible
