Sharp wire found in food

[censored] lang uses metal scourers to wash pots and pans. This is a prohibited practice in many parts of the world as pieces of the wire can come apart and end up in food this is exactly what happened to me - I found a piece of sharp thin metal wire in my noodle dish. If swallowed this would be a trip to the ER. The fact that they use these scourers has me questioning whether or not there are other frowned upon practices by the restaurant
