What I liked most about this place was that there were quite a few vegan options to choose from. I had the signature Voodoo Doll doughnut which was very delicious. The berry filling was a nice touch. They also had vegan options for your basic glazed doughnut, maple bar, apple fritter and much more. I would recommend visiting if you’re also planning to have dinner at the Universal City Walk so you can save on parking costs by getting validation.

This is one of the places we had mapped out to go while visiting Universal Hollywood. Not disappointed. The Vegan Dozen was amazing (13 donuts) with only the two maple bars being the same. Such a good variety, and so fresh, the leftovers were still good the next day.

I expected these to be mediocre and stale due to being in a tourist complex, but I was so wrong. These were fresh and delicious, and the shop was so cute. My kids really loved this place. In fact, this was one of the “best donuts ever” (vegan or otherwise), said my oldest.

Plenty of vegan options, and they definately do not skimp on the fillings!! I recommend the Vegan Voodoo (make sure to ask for the vegan one, because the vegan and non vegan ones are almost identical) And the vegan PB&J.

Very thankful to voodoo donut for having so many vegan options. I have a universal studios annual pass and I have never once visited without getting my vegan donut ahead of time. For all those vegans entering universal studios... BEWARE. There is hardly anything to eat! So definitely get a donut or 3 before you go in!! It helps that they are so good and there are so many!!

VD really isn’t that great. If this was your first vegan doughnut, I totally get it, but once you have a real solid vegan doughnut you’ll taste the difference. VD are hardly fresh tasting and they’re just sloppy.

OMG! These were the best vegan donuts I have ever had! The cream in the Boston cream donut was so yummy! The Oreo donut as well as the PB chocolate were to die for. They were all soft and so delicious! I wish I lived closer!

Portland Cream FTW - Edit
VD has a vegan Portland Cream (their name for a Boston Cream). This is a huge game changer. You CANNOT even taste a difference! I'm actually not sure why there's a dairy version still on the menu... With over a dozen vegan donuts to choose from, I was giddy. I did think it was a little uncool that all of the vegan donuts cost more than the non-vegan donuts.
