A pleasure to visit! - Edit
Visiting Paris we saw a lot of tasty but non-vegan pastries so we were over the moon to find a vegan patisserie!
Read moreEverything looks tasty and you will regret not being able to try everything. The people working there were very sweet too! We got a cinnamon roll, a citrus tarte, and a pistachio macaron, together with a coffee each and it was delicious!
As we couldn't eat more, naturally we bought some more to have later, and I'm looking foward to trying them.
They also offer a vegan map of Paris for little money!

I would give 10 stars if I could! - Edit
I am so glad that we came here!
Read moreThis is the best Patisserie we visited in Paris (and we went to a lot).
First of all: Atmosphere. It looks really nice from the outside (with flower arrangements). There is not much space for seating, but there are a few seats inside and outside.
2. Staff: the staff was very helpful. Even though it was very busy when we came, they did not seem stressed and were still very friendly
3. (And most importantly): The food.
A M A Z I N G
I wish we could have tried everything, but there are too many options (croissant, pastries, cookies, macarons, cakes, etc.). Everything we tried was really good. We tried
- cinnamon roll (good, but pretty standard)
- flan (super good)
- cappucino (standard)
- madeleine (so soft and relly good)
- croissant (very good, not as oily / fatty as other croissants)
- fraisier (my absolute favorite!! I could have eaten 10 of those)
- chausson aux pommes (apple turnover, pretty good)
- pepito (lots of choclate inside, very good)
- cookie chocolate chip / peanut (very good)
- paris brest (fantastic!! (My husbands favorite and also recommended by the staff))
It is definitely worth coming here.
Also nice that it is located in a less touristy part of Paris
It does get very crowded though and the line can go out onto the sidewalk, but it is so worth the wait.
Absolute must-visit when in Paris!
Pros: Amazing pastries / cakes , Very friendly staff, Nice atmosphere

This Patisserie is proof that vegan AND gluten-free is easily manageable. The range of sweet things is unbelievable & hard to chose from. I will never forget this absolute dream.

A classic - Edit
VG Patisserie is now a classic in Paris. They might be better options depending on your needs, but it's a "valeur sure", though it's not a bakery and there are better options for the basics croissant and pain au chocolat.
Read moreThe shop is a bit pricey, but tastes good. Though people have not changed, I think the mood is better since the shop have gone under changes 1 year or so ago.
I go there from time to time to remote work.
Pros: Many options, People always try to be helpful for choice
Cons: Price

Amazing vegan patisserie - Edit
Finally made it here and I was so impressed. The patisserie is done with so much eye for detail and also the taste is really great! I got the macaron as well as some madeleines (which I have not seen before so easily in a vegan version). Both have been lovely, the place is a bit „off the beaten track“ but still a few other vegan places are near by and the area is also quite nice. (: Really worth the trip!

Lovely spot with a huge selection - Edit
There is a huge selection of pastries and cakes and wish I had tried more of a selection. The pizza was also really yummy, and they toasted it for us. He inside space was quite cramped but depending on what time you come in the day you might be fine. I tried the special flower croissant which was nice but probably would have liked to try the flan or strawberry cake! There wasn't too many savory options but a great spot for something sweet.

Good Vegan Patisserie - Edit
VG Patisserie is a tiny cafe offering vegan sweets in a neighborhood full of plant-based options. Most of VG’s options are good with one exceptional star. We ordered the magdalena, chocolate fondant, an espresso, and chocolate flan.
Read moreThe cafe follows the for-here/to-go pay scale model. If you eat in the cafe, there is an average charge of 50 cents. If you take it to go, you could save some cash. I understand why they apply the charge because the seating area is cramped and claustrophobic with very few tables outside.
The magdalena was dense and spongey, springing back into shape after each bite. Faint notes of citrus tickle the tongue with every chew. The chocolate fondant—a fudgey cake concoction with a moist, grainy interior—reminded me of an undercooked fudge brownie or lava cake variant. The espresso was flat and watery, tasting like the machine needed a clean or a bean refill.
Chocolate flan is transcendent—a light fluffy, whipped interior with a pudding skin top and crust with a delicate chocolate taste and sweetness. It melts in your mouth and goes down easy.
Our visit was good. The flan impresses as the star attraction and the rest are serviceable. My recommendation: order the flan, and take it to go.

We were lucky to get a seat, it’s very small so don’t assume you can eat in. The ch*ckn sandwich was amazing and the cakes made me want to cry. Please come to London??

Simply wow! - Edit
Went there and queued up. There was quite a line up but service was fast. I ordered a Baba au Rhum Caramel (to die for), some madeleines and an apple croissant… simply incredible. Why can’t all pastries be vegan everywhere. This place has mastered Vegan pastries! Simply wow

I've been eating here a number of years and it never gets old. VG was the first vegan pastry shop and in spite of all the competition it still offers the best croissants, nicely browned on the outside and soft inside.

Just incredible!! The pastry was more crisp than I usually have encountered and that made it delicious. Huge variety of pastries. Worth the trip if you're not in this area, for sure.
