Excellent, creative, generous - Edit
Excellent pâtisserie. One of the oldest if not the oldest in Paris, where you can find viennoiseries and fine pastries. Both are excellent! The classics, such as croissant, pain au chocolat, chausson aux pommes, pain au raisin, brioche and also paris-brest, lemon pie, vanilla flan are always available and the rest of the pastries change with the seasons and thé creativity of the team
Read moreEverything is excellent, I would recommend tasting the pain au chocolat praliné and the seasonal entremets
More and more savory options, which is nice
On sundays, if you book it in advance (2 days I think) you can have a brunch with a savory option, orange juice, hot drinks ad lib., fruits, a verrine and a gargantuesque amount of pastries. If you have a sweet tooth you have to try it
Pros: Delightful pastries, Creativity and talent, Amazing brunch
Cons: I'm just waiting for a vegan éclair au chocolat

Fantastic vegan bakery, and desserts - Edit
We’re really enjoyed our time at this little shop, super accommodating, impatient staff, fantastic, sweet treats, and bakery items and a very clean establishment. We would recommend it and return if we ever visited Paris again.

As I was eating, I thought about my next trip here - Edit
Amazing amazing amazing. Everything tasted on point. Their croissants are on the sweeter side, since they have a sugar sirup glaze, which I loved. Everything with chocolate was amazing, since it’s a superdelicious kind

Amazing food! - Edit
I'm a regular and honestly, their sweet and savoury food is always amazing. It's a bit of a trek for me, so I love buying their frozen croissants and pain au chocolat. It means I can store in the freezer at home and have one whenever I like.

Otherworldly - Edit
You can tell me about cultural imperialists Boneshaker Donuts, about Cloud Cakes and its indifferent staff or even about the ever-expanding Land & Monkeys.. and yeah, they have mostly good stuff.. but VG Patisserie is at a whole new level, and is the place I really try and make a point to visit whenever I'm in Paris, as it never disappoints. Every single item I've ever tried has been magnificent, and the only slightly negative aspect I can think of is the fact that the price is lower when not eating in.. thereby promoting wasteful (albeit cardboard) packaging. Now, if they can only begin to serve a crème brûlée..

Not my favorite in Paris but still great - Edit
While I didn’t hate the quiche here, my partner did. We both found the texture mushier than ones we had at Land & Monkeys and not as tasty. We loved the croissant with strawberry, whipped cream, and custard that we got, though! And I really loved the maple latte.

Great Tartettecitron - Edit
The coffee was a let down. The almond croissant was bettered by The Fields Beneath (in London!). The cinnamon roll was very good. But the citron tart was amazing. Quite expensive for the size, the effort and skill are what you pay for. Sublime

The best vegan bakery in Paris - Edit
Since my first visit to VG Pâtisserie I have been back multiple times a month for their amazing viennoiseries! I highly recommend their pépito, and the regular croissant! Not only is it the best tasting, but also the most affordable out of the vegan bakeries in Paris. There are lunch formule deals and they even offer brunch on Sundays.

Nice vegan boulangerie & pâtisserie but not everything is good :) - Edit
I like this place but in my opinion it’s not THE best vegan boulangerie in Paris, not all their products are good (for instance I don’t like their cookies, they taste a bit bland to me). Their croissants and cinnamon rolls are the ones I’d recommend the most in terms of “viennoiserie”/baked goods. When it comes to their more elaborate pastries this is where it gets interesting. The amount of work they put into it is impressive. You have different layers inside the cakes, I recommend the “Franny” (raspberry/strawberry) and they also have a chocolate one that is shaped like a ball but can’t remember the name

A feast for the eyes as soon as you enter, the pastries are delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful for any English speakers visiting. Great value for money as well - just wish i could have eaten some of their savoury food but sadly arrived too late for it!!

Great pastries! - Edit
Their selection was amazing! I couldn’t try much when I was there but the options I had were great. I only docked a star because one of the pastries a selected was a bit bland so they can be hit and miss compared to other places.

Délicieux ! - Edit

Scrumptious - Edit
This is one of the rare situations where cakes actually taste like you dream. I’m so used to pretty cakes lacking flavour and this is not the case here at all! I visited twice in my two week stay, to pick up snacks and eat the le franny cake - it was so good I needed to get it twice! Edit - I went once more before flying so three times!
