Day Menu Is Great Value - Edit
I went here for the daytime Dim Sum Menu in October 2022 and found the value on offer to be fantastic - the food was equally delicious, authentic and unique - I'd thoroughly recommend this place and hope to get back and have the same menu again soon!

Delicious - Edit
We were greeted by friendly staff and enjoyed the pre meal prawn crackers. Serving sizes are a little small for the price but the food is delicious. Highly recommend the aubergine! We will be back.

Everything great - Edit
No critisisms and really reccomend you visit. Very rich and whole feeling meals, with a big variety to choose from. The beef in black bean had a nice kick and not too oily while the tofu and mushroom in oyster sauce had a generous amount of tofu and not too salty (too much salt/oil can be really common). Also really enjoyed prawn toast and dim sum to start as not too heavy. Toilets are incredibly clean and well-kept while service is friendly and attentive. Hope to return when i am in London again.

Can’t believe it’s not prawns - Edit
I’ve never had vegan prawns before but I was really pleasantly surprised. We got the Kung pao “prawns” and black bean “chicken”. The chicken was better, but they were both exactly what I wanted on a cold, rainy day. The name is also pretty great - hopefully it doesn’t scare people off though!

The Best Vegan Chinese! - Edit
Absolutely love this place. I hadn't had crispy duck pancakes since going vegan and finally got to have them again and they were even better vegan than I remember! Everything is delicious and food is served quick and hot. We have tried a lot from the menu already (the beef in sizzling chilli oil is spicy and AMAZING) and the veg chicken noodles are also incredible. Will keep coming back until I've tried everything and then come back some more!

So much choice - Edit
It’s such a delight to find a Chinese that is 100% vegan so you can be safe in the knowledge you won’t get a stray prawn (always happens to me!) - this place did not disappoint. I’m just gutted I won’t be able to come and to try the rest of the menu as I love too far away.

Amazing food - Edit
Okay so we went on a Monday at like 3:30 so it was pretty random time, but we went for my birthday because I’d heard good things and wanted to try. We were the only people in there, so the staff were pretty bored I think but I was toying between giving 3 or 4 stars. Our server didnt really say a single word to us the entire time we were there and while we were eating was quickly pacing back and forth behind us which made me sooo uncomfortable. Then at the end the two servers were chatting between eachother right behind us for a good 15 mins while we had no plates and were trying to catch their eye to ask for the bill and in the end we had to walk over to them and ask them. This all put a bit of an uncomfortable atmosphere over the food. BUT the food was amazing, the prices werent too bad for what you got, the location was great like tight next to the station and the decor was really really pretty so I ended up on the four stars - we may have just caught them on a bad day.

Simply amazing! - Edit
We visited vegan planet for lunch after spotting it on Camden parkway. A quick glance at the menu was enough to tantalise me into eating here.
Read moreThe restaurant is lovely, and it was rather difficult to choose what I wanted to eat from the extensive menu. We settled with the steamed buns, crispy wonton, kung po prawns, beef in black bean sauce & chicken noodles.
The food was to die for! My taste buds were tingling and my tummy was most certainly happy with the exquisite dishes we had the pleasure of trying. The kung po ‘prawns’ left my mouth ablaze (in a good way!) with ginger & spices and the black bean ‘beef’ was absolutely divine.
We are already planning a return visit to sample more of the sumptuous delights their menu has to offer.
I am absolutely in love with this place, and it will be my go to the next time I have cravings for Chinese food. Absolutely recommended!

Tasty vegan Chinese food - Edit
One main and one noodles was plenty of food for two hungry people. Good prices for London. Food was quick and delicious. It was just what we’d set out to find. Brought back memories of Chinese meals shared in my pre-vegan days, so it was great to have that food again but know no animals were harmed!

Really enjoyed our meal here, the Salt n Pepper Vegan Shrimp was delicate and spot on! The Twice Cooked Vegan Fish was amazing, just how I remembered it to be back in the dark days. Fab friendly service, fresh modern decor, and lots on the menu. Non greasy, and clean. We were impressed, and would go back.

Pricey but pick the right dishes and it's great - Edit
Pricey with quite small portion sizes - normally used to visiting Chinese restaurants and getting near double the portion for the same price, even for a vegetable ho fun. The restaurant never seems that busy and doesn't have much atmosphere. The service is usually very quick. The food can be pretty salty and the meat-free alternatives are sometimes disappointing: the beef tastes horrible (but I've never tasted good vegan beef), and the prawns were salty and a bit mushy, not that fishy. However the chicken satay (all the chicken dishes are good) and prawn toast is fantastic (has more of a sesame seed flavour and doesn't have to rely on the prawn texture as much), and there's a huge range of dishes on the menu that you'll want to return to try loads of different ones - from duck pancakes, dim sum, and other traditional dishes that you otherwise wouldn't be able to order from a Chinese restaurant.

Good food - Edit
Nice Chinese vegan restaurant, freshly cooked with good flavours and lots of mock meat plus some traditional dishes like ma po tofu, sea spiced tofu, wood ear mushrooms etc..
Read moreWe had lots of different dishes to share a la Chinese style. The spicy won ton was our firm favourite of all the dishes we tried. My daughter loved the sweet and sour prawns. We also had sea spiced aubergine, beautifully cooked though the sauce was too sweet, so make sure you order rice to go with it.
The waitress had a strange demeanour and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She would plonk the dishes on our table and wasn’t the most attentive. However the waiter was friendly and helpful.
Pros: All vegan , Nice and clean
Cons: Expensive , Waitress was not very friendly

Loved the dim sum - Edit
This place is very pleasant and the dim sum platter was great (I wished it was bigger). I also got the sweet and sour "chicken" which was not as good - the "chicken" was more like bits of fried dough than a meat substitute. There were hardly any vegetables and the sauce was like a thick syrup.
Read moreFor dessert I had the vanilla ice cream which was surprisingly good.

Pros: Great dim sum , Pleasant atmosphere , Great location, close to Camden station
Cons: "Chicken" was not so good , Have to order rice separately
