Delicious vegan ramen! - Edit
Delicious, cheap (900 yen) and authentic ramen. The owner is welcoming and happy to assist if you're not sure what to order or can't read the Japanese menu. We tried the miso and soy sauce ramen and highly recommend!

Best experience ever and amazing food - Edit
Owner very welcoming and helpful. The owner himself is vegan. Understood our broken/non-existant Japanese and helped us place our order from the machine outside with patience. The whole shop is vegan with the option to add egg if desired.
Read moreFood was absolutely amazing. Very flavourful and filling. Would 100% go back and recommend to everyone.
We ordered the soy milk based ramen with egg and miso based ramen. Both tasted great. The soy milk based broth was rich/creamy and slightly sweet, the miso was salty and also tasted great. I've had miso overseas before and didn't like it but this was different and I loved it.
Ramen base costed 900 additional for toppings e.g. egg was 100

Incredible ramen and lovely chef - Edit
Chef saw us trying to Google translate the vending machine out the front and came to our rescue. He explained the differences and seated us quickly. Beers were served in ice cold glasses and ramens followed shortly after. We opted for the tsukenmen (dunk plated noodles into sauce/broth) and a miso ramen. They were both the two best ramens we have had in Tokyo so far (and we have had a lot). It’s in a quiet back street and I highly recommend this place for a chilled out break from the city.

UNBELIEVABLE ✨ Ramen Bar selling tsukemen! - Edit
We went roller skating at Tokyo Dome and walked 4 minutes to this 7-seat restaurant. The chef is so nice I made an Instagram post for him on his insta to highlight how special this experience was.
Read moreIt’s CASH-ONLY, and you pay using a vending ticket machine that allows you to select your order ($7-10pp) then give your receipt to the chef.
FOOD:
I’ve been wanting to try this for 10 years!
For those who don’t know, 🍜TSUKEMEN is a style of ramen where you dip cold noodles into hot soup, allowing you eat slowly without the broth getting cold!
While my non-vegan partner and I waited for our order, we spoke with the chef & other patrons in English. Many tourists with dietary restrictions come thanks to Happy Cow actually!
VEGAN RATING:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Veggie Tsukemen
“A new flavor that was bright & exciting, but savory too. The broth want thicker than I expected, but lovely. Fried lotus root and side salad is a 10!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Soy Meat Ramen
“Perfectly balanced broth with plenty of room to add spice to your taste. Chef encourages it!
NON-VEGAN RATING:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Veggie Tsukemen
“The soup is thicker than the non-vegan ones I’ve had, but he also uses a slightly thicker noodle which makes it really good and special.”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Soy Meat Ramen
“Definitely an 8/10. Well made, warm and tasty. I’d eat this everyday.”
Pros: Close to activities and transportation, Excellent food and service, Food prepared in front of you
Cons: Only 7 seats (may have to wait)

Tsukemen Zuppa is a small Ramen Restaurant which offers authentic japanese, vegetarian ramen. All of the dishes can be made vegan on request. The chef was very friendly and courteous. I can highly recommend this place!

It’s surprisingly difficult to find veggie options in Tokyo, even when compared to other cities.

Vegetarian restaurant but you can ask for vegan options. You order using a vending machine outside the restaurant, everthing is written down in japanese but the guy is very kind and helped us to order and explained us all the plates. We ate the tsukemen soup and we found it was very tasty! It is a plate with noodles with a soup apart made of carrot, tomatoes and onions soup then a salad and fried lotus flower. The restaurant is small, just 6 seats in front of the kitchen. The kitchen is a little dirty

Post game noodles - Edit
Nothing better to finish off the night after a Yomiuri Giants victory than with some delicious noodles from this shop! I had ramen and Tsukemen on 2 separate occasions and both were excellent. Everything is vegetarian so just let the chef know you would like it vegan when you hand him your ticket. Owner/chef is super nice and knows his stuff(both with ramen and vegan food). I took some omnivore friends who also said this is the best ramen they have had. If you come from the Tokyo Dome and the crowds at the station are bad, grab some dinner here first to let people filter out and ride home in comfort with a full belly.

Beautifully prepared, fresh, flavorful vegan ramen with a generous side salad. The proprietor assisted with ordering and double-checked with my wife that the egg she’d ordered was intentional (she’s ovo/lacto). Clean, friendly, and delicious!
