One of the best barra in town

Good Surinam food is with a lot of spices (and mostly spicy). The barra is vegan and can be filled with ingredients like tempeh, long bean and potato. Very tasty!

An other option is roti with tempeh, potato, long bean and pumpkin. Nice combination!
