Lovely and delicious

This is food at its best - tasty, healthy and cooked with so much love. It really is a joy to see someone enjoying what they do as much as people here do, and you can taste it in the food too. The extended family running the place is wonderful and were so happy to have new people trying their food, which is served in a beautiful, calming setting at very affordable prices and leaves you feeling good. Highly recommended for anybody visiting the city - definitely worth crossing the bridge for, or stop on your way to beautiful My Khe beach.
Thank you & lots of love

AMAZING, HEALTHY, PASSIONATED, LOVE

This little place is absolutely amazing!!! Everybody who is in Da Nang should come here, but not just because of the healthy, organic vegan food cooked with love, you should come to visit the family!! I was allowed to volunteer and stay with Nga, Loi and Bao An for almost 3 weeks and learn about macrobiotics, the value of food, and of course the vietnamese culture. They really helped me out when it was not working so well for me in Hanoi & Hoi An. And after coming back to their place (being sick) the treated me like their own kid :-) The way how Nga is cooking and the energy she is giving to you & the food is so good - it is really difficult to find a restaurant/family like this. Loi is the best Gao Luck cook (Brown rice on fire) sooo tasty and you can learn a lot about macrobiotics and have very interesting talks with him. The have every Sunday cooking classes!!!! I can just say GO TO THIS PLACE WHEN YOU ARE IN DA NANG. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH MY OTHER FAMILY!!!

Pros: HEALTHY, LOVE, LEARNING

Healthiest meal in Danang!

This place is wonderful. Not traditional Vietnamese, but they follow the macrobiotic diet of Zen buddhism. It is a lovely atmosphere with fresh and healthy food. The big plate of brown rice and side dishes is only 35,000 vnd. The owners are delightful people and the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. I am planning to visit there again today! Highly recommend after eating too much "fake" meat and salty/ sugary foods at other vegan places in Vietnam.

Wonderful

This place is small, quaint, and lovely.
There was no menu to speak of, but being vegan and grown by the owner, everything was safe and delicious.

I chatted with her 2 'staff' (more like family) as they wanted to practice their english, and enjoyed my time thoroughly.

If you value humble, well intentioned, good quality food. Please visit this place.

Pros: Vegan, Delightful, Sweet

Cons: none

Macrobiotic food in a family cafe

It felt like we joined the family for lunch!
We were welcomed enthusiastically into the small cafe behind the shop part, which felt like a family dining room, and the young children practiced their English with gran's encouragement while Mum cooked our lunch and the family kitten ran up and down.
I think they have a set meal each day - there wasn't a menu and they just kept feeding us until we said we were full up!
Food is all vegan and macrobiotic. There was a brown rice, bean and veg "cake" served in banana leaves with tamarind sauce, ground sesame seeds, steamed vegetables and spicy pickled veg. Then there was a miso soup with green leaves. Unlimited hot green tea is served in a jug. We were too full to try another rice cake so they wrapped it in banana leaves for us to take with us.
100k dong for 2 people so very good value for a different experience.

Pros: all vegan!, So friendly , Macrobiotic
