Not vegan, Owner takes advantage of employees. - Edit
The owner is not vegan and has a history of not paying his employees. Many people have worked for him for weeks on end and never got paid. Would give 0 stars if possible, 2 is mandatory.

Rich, crumbly and shareable - Edit
I decided to support this business when I saw their stall at Glebe Market and took home one of everything that was left. The cookies didn’t really survive the trip home but the crumbled pieces were just as delicious and all went to the same place anyway, washed down with a nice cuppa. I was glad the copies weren’t too samey: the cranberry and cream was smooth while the double chocolate chip was more crumby. The triple chocolate one was more like a brownie than a cookie. Cookies were $5 each but very rich and you might need to share and consume in multiple sittings.
