Lovely new The Salad Project near Selfridges. Absolutely delicious tofu, definitely add it to your salad! All the dressings were vegan. The spicy cashew was great.

Nice to see people queuing out the door for salad! I went for the satay bowl with extra tofu. They had me at Bold Beans - using the queen chickpeas if I'm not mistaken 👌 Enormous, vibrant, tasty and nourishing with satisfying red rice and a decent chilli kick. All prepared to order in a jiffy by the slick production line of staff.
Read moreThis company appears to have successfully exceeded the £10 threshold for the office lunch market given the quality of the ingredients and their preparation, and large portion size. Having said that I think there's a place for a smaller bowl option.
