Delicious vegan burger

We had the BBQ marinated pulled pork vegan burger and the kebab. Both were delicious! Chilled out atmosphere and friendly staff! Highly recommend!

Pros: A quality selection of vegan options , Reasonably priced (for Sweden!), Chilled atmosphere

Chill atmos', fresh food, lots of vegan dishes

First time visiting Green Queen on an early summer evening and the outdoor seating area was packed! Really chill atmosphere and friendly staff. Food is plant-based with several vegan dishes. I tried the Vegme (fooled pork) in pita bread which was quite spicy but had a generous amount of vegme, pickled onions and cabbage, sallad, tomato salsa and garlic sauce. Didn't have to wait long for the food. They have salads and snacks to go. A bit on the pricey side but on the plus side my dish was fresh and full of flavour. Will most probably be back to try the other vegan items on the menu. A nice addition to this area.

Pros: Fast service, several vegan dishes, outdoor seating

Cons: Expensive, on trafficated street

Overpriced average burger

So tofued on by the reviews here I decided to give this place a chance so I took a photo-walk by the water going towards this place and arrived in the middle of a friday of work.

I went into the resturant to an interior that was that of a slightly fancy café and that was what I thought until I noticed the prices and almost run away.

But I continued on, ordering the chickpea burger that everybody here seems to recommend and after paying the quite high price of the burger (by card, this is a non-cash place so if you gets upset at that, just don't go here, I do not have an issue with that.) I was handed one of them LTE pucks I get in the food court where I work (after paying the same price as two meals in a food court) and sat down to await the beeping of my meal done.

The alarm of food ready came quite quickly and I went and try to find it and got a confused collision, however I do not know if it was the confusion or something else but the tortilla chip that was to be served with the food was nowhere to be found.

Now I sat down the quite good looking burger and took it in, it reminded me quite a bit of the vegan burger at the fancy burger mini-chain Prime Burger and as I took a bit in of it, I can see why the taste was very close to it although this somehow turned out to be more mushy so the burger was unedible with hands. (Which for me is a big fail, although that seems to be quite common in Stockholm)

This taste is an okey taste but not amazingly delicious and while Prime have some of the best fries I ever eaten there where no fries at this place, because healthy I guess. I would not have been as dissapointed if I paid less for the burger. I do understand that the location of this place does drive up the prices but I mean table service for this price would be quite nice and also to leave filled, which I did not (now I am quite a, well tall and wide person so it might be a normal portion)

I see no reason to go to this place for burger when I can go 500 meter up and get the same burger but with amazing fries. (I am intrigued by sloppy joes so there might be one more try).

I also would have wanted to know what non-alcoholic drinks where offered, I saw non.

Pros: Good view from the veranda, Clearly marked menu, Average taste

Cons: Expensive, Mushy burgers, Can get the same but better close by.

Cozy

Nice place where you can have a quick lunch, normal size portion, cure in the presentation of the food, kind staff. I tried the BBQ burger and was very satisfy with that!

Fantastic food!

The food was so good and tasty! Everything was gluten free and they had really nice desserts as well - the snickers bar was phenomenal! Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. To bad it is not open all year around!

Fantastic

We drove by a Saturday afternoon and stopped the car when we saw this place. We got two vegan burrito-style wraps to go - gluten free!!!! - and a raw cake and a cashew creme fruit compot. So delicious and so fresh. Great service too. Nb! credit cards only. Would definitely recommend to any vegan or gluten allergic person!! I hope to drop by this place again before we leave for the airport, so I can purchase a vegan gluten free burrito to bring with me on the plane!

Pros: gluten free, fresh, vegan foods

Cons: beware some dishes are vegetarian
