I love this place so much. Simple, fresh, good food and juices served in a laid back atmosphere. It literally is my favorite place in Denver.

Love the feel of the place - Edit
I loved the vibe of the cafe. We went on a Saturday afternoon - it was busy, but there was still plenty of seating available. The food choices are limited (mostly salads and toast). There are a few vegan toast options, and others that are easily made vegan by omitting things. I’ll definitely go again.

Great cafe vibe, limited food options - Edit
The Corner Beet is a great place to chill with a juice or warm drink and maybe a salad or... yes, toast. There isn't much in the way of meals, but much of what they do have is either vegan or veganizable. It isn't cheap by far, but there's quality, wifi, and good vibes for a leisurely hang.
