Convenient and tasty - Edit
I was craving pad thai and this hit the spot. I specified vegan when ordering and it was no problem, and they put it together quite quickly! Very convenient location as well

Decent prices, very convient at the train station. Just go upstairs to the far end. Understand vegan easily. Specify tofu / vegan / no egg and all is good

On the 2nd floor of the Grand Central shopping centre. Several vegan options on the menu. I had the Pad Sew made with tofu. It was a regular portion at £10.40. Quick service and freshly prepared. Seating area available.
