Wonderful space, misos, and staff!

This is a great store. They sell homemade tofu presses and equipment, hold workshops, and have a selection of soy products like miso paste and tamari/soy sauces. The staff are lovely people and so helpful and responsive by email too. We have tried most of the misos and the one with poppyseed is especially nice. The cakes and coffee are also fantastic. We bought a tofu press from there and it is beautiful - we have made so much tofu! They also sell magnesium chloride for tofu making plus other bits you need.

Pros: Staff, Miso selection, Coffee and cake

Gorgeous beans

I enjoyed my almond apple cake and soy latte in the tranquil Asian environment. The cake was one of the best I have had - I could have eaten three of them 😅 The staff was really nice and willing to answer any question about the tofu production. If you are interested you may visit one of the workshops at Huadou (which means gorgeous beans).

All about soy

This place surprised me so much! It is so different from other places I have had been. Soy is the main star of the place. I had a soy sauce ice cream with some "fried soy milk crispies". Mindblowing! Also I tried a fermented rice tonic. I would give 5 stars, but I was disappointed on desserts, as they offered only ony brownie, tiny and not very encouraging, to be honest.
Besides they offer tofu making courses and a lot of staff. I bought there nigiri and definitively will try to make tofu on my own.

Pros: Surprising

Cons: Limited offer

The most beautiful interior

I absolutely love this place. The interior is gorgeous, everything is quite minimal and decorated in neutral colours. Calm music was playing in the background. I‘m not a coffee drinker, but I enjoyed their cappuccino as it was super mild, which was perfect for me. Maybe not the best for caffeine addicts. We tried two of their cakes and they were both delicious. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. They offer workshops as well and I‘d love to attend one of those. Only four stars though as no toilet available!

I didn't know that soy products were amazing!

First thing that calls my attention was the esthetic of the store. Designer furniture, milestone and other products to make soymilk, bambu, lot of light and a beautiful La Marzocco coffee machine.

Is that kind of places that you want to try everything, but I chose coffee with soy milk and a vegan cake with pistacho, yogurt cream and red berries. The combination of textures and flavors was unbelievable!

They work with the Berlin roaster 19Grams. They told me that the coffeebeans were specially produced to create the perfect drink with soymilk. And I believe them! The texture and flavor of soymilk were amazing, I never try one like that before.

And the cake.. I don't have words to describe it. Pistachio, berries and yogurt all in one, is an explosion of flavors!

I super recommend them, and of course I will bring all my friends😄

Pros: The high quality of products, All is delicious

Passion makes difference

Simply delicious. Both cakes and coffee are clearly made with much care and thought into the process. The soy milk makes coffee a true company to the delicate balance of cake's sour and sweet notes. I forgot to ask the beans they use for their coffee coz it's surely carefully selectioned. Coffee maniacs must visit this place, just to taste how real soy milk should taste.

Pros: Great place to chill and indulge

Hi Ludwika thank you for your review?About our coffee beans, we have made several rounds of tasting and experimenting with the Berlin roaster 19Grams, and finally we found the roast that fits perfectly with our soy milk.

Best Soy Matcha Latte in Town

Super lovely, little store which offers their own produced soy milk and a lot of vegan cake varieties. The cake (matcha cake) I had was delicious. I also had a Matcha Latte which tasted amazing😄They told me that they are also offering tofu and soy milk workshops, which sounds very interesting. And every Saturday at 14-15h they show for free how they are producing their own soy milk. The atmosphere was very peaceful. I would definitely go there again.

Pros: Everything is vegan, Delicious vegan cakes, Very friendly staff
