Eating the rainbow

Yippee! Another new vegan opening in town!

Since 13 January 2021, the former Stückwerk location has been home to a purely vegan Vietnamese restaurant. The interior and the front are still being renovated, but there's plenty of time for that during Lockdown. Our first order was very colourful and delicious. In some regard the style of cooking reminds me a lot of To1980.

My Best Bowl had an incredible amount of different vegetables in it and I definitely ate the rainbow. The tofu in the Crispy Rice Flakes was really crispy and the drizzled dip was very tasty.
