Was going to leave a good review but - Edit
I was planning to leave a great review. Although they only had one vegan option the truth is that it was a vegan breakfast burrito and it really made no sense to get anything else. It was that good. However after ordering a vegan burrito today I learned while eating it that they replaced the burrito. The burrito has been replaced with some kimchi burrito that really is hardly a shadow of the former burrito. Good environment, friendly staff, but I honestly will probably not make intentional trips to the location unless they end up bringing back the old vegan burrito.

Not a lot of options, but a solid one! - Edit
Their only vegan food option is a vegan breakfast burrito, but it’s really great. It’s our go to for Record Store Day because they’re open early and really close to one of the record shops in town.

I unfortunately haven't visited in person, but I have ordered coffee online and was super impressed. The lobster butter coffee, while not loving the name, is absolutely incredible!

Killer jalapenos! - Edit
Roos only has 1 vegan food option, a pre-made breakfast burrito that would be great if it wasn't full of jalapenos! (Ok, I'm a weenie when it comes to hot stuff.) Both locations I've been to are cozy, and hopping with fun music and cool people.
