Excellent - Edit
We found this 100% plant based restaurant on Happy Cow. Based upon the reviews, we could not pass up visiting. Since we had to drive into the city, parking was difficult but we finally found paid parking on the street. We visited after the lunch crowd but the restaurant was still very busy with eat in and take out dinners. We had the Chips & Guacamole and Avocado Burrito (asada or satan). The meal was excellent and very filling. If back in the area, we would definitely visit again.

great vegan burrito to take to Sounders match - Edit
Visiting Seattle and wanted food to take to the Sounders match (Yes, they allow you to bring in food). Went to Rojo's and ordered the Loaded Burrito with asada. Never enjoyed food at a ball park like I did eating my burrito. Every mouth full was filled with plant-based flavor. Very creamy with sour cream and guacamole. Actually couldn't even finish it in one sitting, it was so filling, so I ate the rest for a post-match snack. I look forward to visiting again and trying other menu items.

Great tacos! - Edit
The food was fast and delicious, except I thought the rice and beans were kind of bland. Next time I'd skip the taco plate and just get 3 tacos, and chips with guacamole and salsa. The proteins were fabulous!
Read morePros: The tacos were really good., The chips were fresh!

4.5 stars! Good flavors, and filling. Usually not a fan of faux meat in my burrito but tried their chick'n and it was actually pretty good.

Affordable, amazing, authentic - Edit
Authentic and delicious, everything is made in house, including their addictive salsas. We tried the three tacos with rice and beans plates. It was a filling portion… chicken (possibly made from soy curls), Carnitas (possibly braised jackfruit), El Pastor (meat with bits of pineapple). They were all delicious… We’ll have to return to try the Asada. Refried beans were smooth and creamy. The garlic salsa is highly recommended. Prices here are unbelievably affordable for downtown Seattle. Get here early as indoor seating is limited.

I love Rojo’s w/my whole heart. - Edit
My go-to is the asada torta, but it seems like they’re always outta bolillo. Nbd, the whole menu is fire. I like the burrito best w/al pastor + the tacos best w/carnitas.

Ok food, poor service and ambiance - Edit
I was so excited to eat at Rojo’s until I walked through the door and was smacked in the face with poor lighting and horrible ambience. Their food (I got the chicken chimichanga and my wife got chicken quesadilla’s) was OK at best. The “chicken” was just seitan flavored with a little chicken style flavoring. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed eating there, but it was not what it was cracked up to be. I would never take somebody there that I was trying to introduce to vegan food. When the food did come out, it was just plopped on a paper plate, and it was just what you ordered, no sides, no beans and rice on the side no lettuce know anything just exactly what you ordered. I’ve had much better chimichangas at my local Mexican restaurant, which doesn’t even pretend to cater to vegans.

Great all-vegan place in Seattle - Edit
I’ve been here twice- I got the tacos the first time. When I was here recently I got the torta with al pastor and avocado. Both were so good with a lot of salsas to choose from. I think my favorite is the taco/rice/bean plate! Wish I lived close so I could visit often.

Solid tacos at reasonable prices - Edit
If you're looking for relatively inexpensive vegan Mexican food, this is your place. Rojo's has a simple menu with some great options. We got the three taco platter with rice and beans, plus chips and guac. Everything was really good. I'd give them five stars, but I think they were overwhelmed with online orders and didn't do a great job of communicating it. They were out of one of the three taco types we ordered, and it took 50 minutes for us to get our food. Even so, it was worth it.

Great Mexican Food - Edit
We tried the quesadilla, “chick’n” tacos, and “carnitas” tacos, along with the chips, guacamole, and horchata. We really enjoyed it all! My favorite was the carnitas tacos. They were good enough that we didn’t mind that they didn’t seem to be homemade corn tortillas.

Great - Edit
- loaded burrito w/ al pastor - great 9/10
Read more- La cremosa burrito w/ asada - very good 8.4/10, a bit greasy but the main issue was not nearly as creamy as the loaded. Thought the only difference would be the absence of lettuce but they might add much less sour cream and guac
Fully vegan place! Would love to come back to try more.

#1 Mexican Food - Edit
My girlfriend and I stopped here on the second half of our vacation in washington, and we were both really amazed. Not only was this great vegan food, but this was possibly the best Mexican food I've had even compared to when I wasn't vegan. Everything seemed real authentic. The service was great, too. They let us know that everything is gluten-free for my girlfriend besides the obvious flour tortillas and the Asada protein option.
