... but Reggev remains doing what they do best, namely top-notch hummus! Not only do they offer a wide variety of savoury vegan options, remember they have a homemade sesame ice cream that is scrumptious too!
Read moreOver the years, I must have been to this place more than a dozen times, and have always been pleased. Some may say hummus can't make for a main course, and my Moroccan friend once claimed Reggev's didn't taste homemade.. but really, they must be out of their minds.
The only minor objection I have is the fact that, in this obsessively hi-tech society, one must have the exact amount of cash in order to be able to pay with real money at all.. a schizo country I happen to live in, undoubtedly.

I loved their smooth hummus and toppings (I tried their foul). Surprisingly filling too! Warm and tasty pita. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic hummus - Edit
Went there when I was on vacation in Stockholm last month. The hummus and pita were fantastic and the (I think) owner was very friendly and helpful. Lots of vegan items on the menu.

As a vegan, hummus is one of my favorite things. This place is a small restaurant at södermalm that is easy to walk by if you dont pay attention. But really not a place you should miss. Great personnel and such tasty food.

Incredibly smooth and GREAT tasting hummus! Would rate 5/5 if the bread was homemade. Now the bread is not as good as the meal which is a bit disappointing.

I really loved the fact that most of the dishes they had in their menu were vegan and also more than the meaty ones.
It also made me so happy that they had a vegan version of Shakshuka, a very flavourful dish that i have been missing sometimes since i turned vegan.

Cute little eatery with lots of tasty hummus dishes. I stopped by to just pick up some plain hummus for take-away, but the atmosphere and the menu options are both very inviting, so I'm planning to return for lunch or dinner. There's a few tables inside and a few more outside. You can have your hummus and watch the world go by.

The Best Hummus in Sweden - Edit
My favorite place for the best hummus I have ever tasted. Their basic "Vagabond dish" is my goto take-away favorite. I´m still trying to make the same quality myself but it never gets as good as this!

Brilliant and simple in its compilation. Many of the dishes include a boiled egg, which is optional. Therefor most of the dishes are easily made vegan. Small place, with no WC. Friendly staff, they told me to tell them if I wanted more of something. So I asked for an extra pita. The food was heavenly!
Read moreI did get a bit dissapointed in the coffee though. Probably about 10cl and not included in the lunch price. This did almost degrade the place to a 3/5, but the food was too good!They charged 20 SEK for that coffee shot. Nice taste though, with a hint if kardamom in the brew.
Overall a very good rating for a very good place. The kind of place you want to support.

Small cozy place with beautiful and tasty dishes. This is almost a 4/5 for me, but I think the dishes could be a bit larger and perhaps with more filling and a bit less hummus. The hummus was great though.

Read moreOnly two vegan options though, and quite expensive. It's close to where I work so it's possible that I go there again to try the other option too, because the food was good, but it was a rather small portion for the money (I mean chickpeas are cheap, come on!)
But I guess the location sets the price here...
Anyway, as someone already mentioned: several fully vegan places basically around the corner. But if you pass by and are hungry: the food here will not disappoint you.

Very tasty hummus. For being a hummus place, perhaps surprisingly many meat dishes on the menu, but still several vegan and vegetarian options available. The hummus sets include pickles as a starter, the actual hummus dish, and pita bread (with instructions to ask for more bread if one pita would not be enough).
