Best Burrito I've Had in a MINUTE - Edit
Happened across this food truck by accident while out with a friend. Decided I had to give them a shot when I saw how large their vegan/vegetarian menu was. I got a poblano elote burrito and it did not disappoint! It was hefty, stuffed full, and flavorful. The hot sauce they gave me gave it a good kick and I've been thinking about it ever since. Service was great, the price was great (especially for these times), and I'm looking forward to many return visits!

Absolutely incredible flavor! I had the mushroom tacos, and they were incredible. I highly recommend getting the verde salsa!

Vegan Tofu Taco - Edit
The tofu tacos were amazing! Would rate ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could. Unfortunately, Happy Cow only allows me to put 4 stars for places not fully vegan. There were several vegan options too, which I really appreciated. The service was also great. Highly recommend!
