Plin e tajarin vegani fuori dal mondo

Tutto è un'esplosione di sapore. Plin alla zucca e amarone e i tajarin con formaggio di anacardi e pepe entrambi eccezionali. Meriterebbe 5 stelle se si potesse. Posto molto intimo, romantico e artistico.

Lovely experience

We found this place by chance while walking past it and found vegan plin and tajarin labelled on the menu posted on their window. I've never seen vegan plin before in 10 years here in Italy so we made a reservation. Place is small (maybe only 10 or 15 seats) and hours are limited so make sure you reserve. There are four or five options for vegans on the menu. The first thing we were asked when we sat down is if we had allergies or diets and they we very attentive to bring us only veg dishes. The complimentary focaccia was outstanding. My partner and I started ordered two types of plin which melt in your mouth and both had nice creamy sauces. My partner ordered also a savory bonet and they made sure again to ask if he wanted cheese (he is only vegetarian). There are also a couple of desserts that are seem vegan like pere al barolo and a cake with no flour, milk, or eggs.

We had
Two portions of plin (150grams each)
Bonet
A glass of wine
A bottle of water
2 cups of specialty coffee
And complimentary focaccia and tasters
For 53 euro.

Pros: Clearly marked vegan options, Very attentive to allergies and vegan diet, Great hospitality
