Just like the old Zodiac - Edit
It‘s great - you always liked Zodiac but recently there was a little shift towards not being as superbe as before and the prices rose. Now you make a little trip to Essen Werden at the best weather on a late saturday afternoon. You heard Moji was somehow an indiependant offspring of Zodiac. You get the menu and wont believe your eyes. Is this still 2024? Wow! Prices are absolutely affordable! Get a Pizza and definitely some starters. Everything‘s great! Drinks are super affordable as well. A real no brainer. Maybe book a table in advance for the evenings and weekends.

I personally could just get by on the amazing starters, which are more than reasonably priced too.
Pros: Very fair pricing!, Delicious variety of Persian starters , Sekandjabin! Try this refreshing persian drink!

I went here after the corona crisis with my young daughter when we were visiting the city of Essen. We ordered small pizzas, drinks and one homemade chocolate praliné. The food was amazing. I did not expect the pizza to be anything special, but the flavors mingled perfectly, and the pizza dough was hearty and tasted better than regular one to me.
Read moreThe guy is super friendly. The entire place was clean. We did see a few other people come and buy take-out or eat there, and they really seemed to enjoy it just as much.
Will definitely eat here again next time I am in Essen.

Small veggie heaven with Arabian / Persian food. The Interieur is very lovely and during summer you can sit outside (but just three tables for 2). The food is delicious and their pizzas a must-try! I recommend to book a table in advance.

Moji macht die beste Pizza! Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an Vorspeisen. Das Lokal ist sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Preise sind fair und die Qualität des Essens ist richtig gut. Unser Stammlokal.

Went here twice so far and will go many more times. Moji offers many vegan options and pizza with spelt flour, which is awesome. The food is fresh and delicious, the place cozy and the service friendly. Must go for every vegan, vegetarian and food lover in general.

Great quality hand made pizza with an extremely kind, gentle soul called Moji who runs the restaurant. Not only does he make good food, he understands how to bring health into the offerings. We had sprouted wheat berries in our salad and wholemeal spelt base on the pizzas with handmade sunflower seed cheese.

Interesting Place - Edit
Unusual restaurant offering great food at great value for Money. Laid back service helping to wind down and take time to study the menu. Middle East inspired dishes mixes well with the pizza offered. Been there several times already and Moji was always a good experience.
