Good variety - Edit
The vegan icecream is so delicious! Along with their breads and a few vegan cakes. There's so much there and you can come and rejuvenate yourself with some healthy products and healthy snacks. The bread is amazing although 1 bread i bought had something rotten inside that resembled either chicken that freaked me out.

Nice organic shop with bread, sauerkraut and kombucha - Edit
We went very often to this shop. They have nice bread (better than most bakeries) and vegan cookies. We love the fact that they have kombucha, kefir and local sauerkraut (soooo delicious). You can buy nuts and seeds in bulk. They have a variety of nut butters. They als have toothpaste and some other cosmetics. Pro: you can pay with card.

Huaraz is a small town and most supermarkets (well mini markets) won't have vegan products.
Read moreI was so happy to find this place the day before a long bus ride. I was able to buy snacks for the bus - trail mix, vegan bread, quinoa chocolate and dried fruit. I also bought some apple cider vinegar (made locally, with the 'mother'), the best one I tried so far in my life!
The store also sold soy meats, oils, indigenous herbs, fruits, juices, and surprise surprise vegan ice-cream!
Pros: The only natural store of the city, Good range of products including APC, Reasonably priced
