I’ve been in Greece for about 10 days (sadly no longer in Athens) and I’m still thinking about the seitan gyro… definitely the best meal I’ve had here so far! I also tried the mushroom gyro, chocolate cake, raw apple pie, and lemon tart during my time in Athens but the seitan gyro was definitely the best! the chocolate cake was my favorite dessert I tried.

Best Souvlaki and Gyros in Athens - Edit
If you want an indulgent meal in Athens, you have to go here. We’ve been about 3 or 4 times during our stay and can’t get enough of it! They don’t have a lot of seating so we used a local delivery app or just walked back to our hotel with the food but this was during COVID when you weren’t allowed to eat inside. The seitan gyros was our favourite but they have a wide range of meat alternatives for their souvlaki, gyros and burgers. They also do really great salad bowls! The quality of the food was always amazing and with huge portions and cheap prices, you can’t really go wrong with this place.

Great meat alternatives - lots of dishes with tofu, seitan, and tempeh. Very friendly and happy to make adjustments such as adding different 'meats' to the salads. Really nice interior too with one big table and a few high seats and hanging seats. The raw desserts were very tasty, especially the apple pie - only thing that could improve it would be some ice cream! Only thing I think could be improved is the salads - could do with some kind of carb like quinoa to make them a bit more filling in my opinion.

I loved it here so much!! The protein platter was absolutely delicious with a variety of tempeh tofu seitan and pitta! The raw desserts were also great and I highly recommend the apple pie. The only reason this isn’t 5* is due to the lack of carb sources in the salad bowls but it’s absolutely wonderful
