Tapas restaurant and bar. A wide range of vegan tapas dishes from around the world are prepared using mostly local and organic produce. A choice of fresh pressed juices, organic and vegan wines and beers. Open for lunch and dinner. Restaurant is situated in the city of Silves in a little street, right opposite the Old Roman Bridge. Added dairy cheese to the menu October 2023. Open Tue-Sat 12:00-15:00.

We wanted to go here for lunch but it was fully booked. Later in the afternoon, we came back for dessert and were lucky to get a table. The red fruit crumble was very tasty and the brownie with ice cream was outstanding. Reservations recommended as this place is so popular.

All items that we ordered from the menu were very good! We ordered the beetroot bruschetta and creamy mushrooms for starters which were delicious! For mains we had the evergreen burger, the namaste burger, and the Persian tagine. The tagine was most definitely the stand out dish for us. The owners were the loveliest people also! Would definitely love to come back next time we're in Silves.

After briefly looking at the menu of another place listed in the app and seeing that they serve veal (yuck), we scurried down a side street to Parsley and Thyme and were so glad we did. Fantastic, vegan food and equally fantastic service. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

The food is soooo good !! All vegan except the cheese. They have a big variety of food on their menu. Also the desserts are very recommendable. The walnut ice cream is the best I ever had. The owner is very very friendly and you feel very welcome at this place😍

We visited parsley and thyme again after returning to Portugal, we’ve previously been here twice before earlier in the year . All experiences have been brilliant , the menu has good variety with interest specials .
Read moreI believe when we came before the menu was entirely vegan, this time there was two items that weren’t but this is made very clear .
All items sampled were delicious, the apple crumble and ice cream is amazing!
The location is within easy reach whether visiting solely to come here or if visiting Silves for the castle or other sights .
Highly recommended, it’s one of our favourite places to eat in the Algarve .

Stopped here for lunch on a rainy May afternoon. Hosts were incredibly hospitable, food was out of this world. Food was 90% vegan, perhaps one or two vegetarian only dishes.

We had a nice meal here. Wasn't at all busy as stated but we are early in the season. Some traditional food coupled with other dishes. The menu board was explained in full by the waitress which was helpful. The chef was from Porto and engaged in conversation about the food and his experiences. The waitress was very friendly and even took the trouble to tell us about places we should visit on our stay and we have already taken her good advice and enjoyed her suggestions. Thanks for a nice flavourful meal and a memorable experience
