Tasty onigiri - Edit
Really yummy food - I would give them a 5 star if I could
Read moreMany vegan options clearly labeled - and free miso soup with tofu pieces in if sitting in
It was busy when we arrived so we sat on some steps before seats became available
Loads of vegan options, but as I'm pescetarian I had a salmon one and a very yummy plum omigiri
The staff were very friendly. I'd recommend this little walk away from the park to try these, really lovely experience

UNDERRATED. - Edit
Holy HappyCow!! This place was AWESOME. I had probably the single-best onigiri of my life here: the shiso pickled plum, and it was so delightful that we returned the same day to stock up!
Read moreThe shiso pickled plum was lemony sweet from the shiso and tangy from the plum. We also tried a bunch more vegan flavors that were delightful too. For every onigiri we bought, they gave us a sheet of nori on the side which was unique!
Because we went in the afternoon, most of the onigiri were sadly sold out, so I definitely recommend getting there earlier to have the widest variety of options! But they do stock back up throughout the day and you can actually request some of the missing flavors at the counter which the kitchen can make by request.
Pros: Delicious food, Friendly staff, Great ambiance and seating
Cons: Sell out quickly

Multiple vegan onigiris - Edit
I only walked by this place without buying anything, so I can't comment on the taste of the onigiris. But what I can tell is they had multiple clearly marked vegan options. I'd even say close to half of the onigiris were vegan. They had a couple of seats in the store, but all of them were already taken when I walked by.

Very tasty vegan onigiri - Edit
Randomly, I came across this place which has labeled vegan offerings certified vegan by https://vegeproject.org/. They have extremely limited counter seating which was full when I visited, and so I tried two different vegan onigiri (rice ball) sold individually wrapped. I ordered them as take-out. For each I was also provided a seaweed wrap. They were both wonderfully flavorful. At 220 yen, they cost more than something generic from the convenience store, but they were freshly-made and tasted and felt more wholesome, well worth the premium.
