I had the Aloha No Rib sandwich and the Italian sub and both were phenomenal! The sides were pretty basic deli sides which is exactly what I want. A lot of vegan restaurants have a way of trying to make things so unique that they are no longer tasty or familiar, but not this place. It's exactly what a vegan deli should be. I think it's a great place for vegans to bring their non-vegan friends/family to because it's just really good food that's accessible for any tastes. My only qualm is the sandwiches are pricey on their own, but you can get a full combo (sandwich, side, dessert, and drink) for $14 which is very worth it. I hope they are able to expand their menu in the future so I will make sure to support this place every time I'm in town!

So this is my second time here, the first time I had the ‘Italian cold cut sandwich’ which was really good, I was actually surprised how much I liked it. Well this time I got the ‘pulled NoPork sandwich’ and... wow! It was so good, I’m going to find it hard to try new menu items when I come back! Definitely give this place a try if you’re nearby.

Good options. I feel like the bread is overwhelming compared to the amount they put inside. My "egg" salad seemed like it had 80% bread. It tastes good but was alittle expensive for what I got.

We had the pulled no pork sub with potato salad and the spicy no ribs (veganuary special) sub with coleslaw. It was absolutely delicious. The subs get serves warm and are so flavorful! Highly recommend a visit there!

Pulled pork sandwich was amazing. Potato salad is second only to my wife’s😄Tuna salad sandwich to go, also amazing. Restaurant was clean, service was friendly, prices were reasonable. Las Vegas is truly a gem for plant based establishments and restaurants that have vegan options. Highly recommend a stop at NoButcher if you are in town. I dont think you’ll be disappointed.

I sampled nearly every dish, and am.so glad I did.
I heard the owners had a wholesale vegan meat production company, and they have become experts at creating mouth-watering textures and flavors of their mock meats.
Their potato salad is perfect.

Awesome, quick lunch option! I got the full combo with the Italian sandwich, potato salad, lemonade, and a cookie. Every item was delicious and well balanced. I was disappointed that they don't have reusable cups, silverware, etc. for customers eating in. The seating was also a bit tight but doable for a quick bite. Overall, great place though!

Actually, the drink cups are #1 recyclable, although at present, they do not have a recycling bin. I suggested to the owner that they get one. In the meantime, I took my cups home and recycled them there.

I couldn’t wait to try No Butcher @nobutcher_com after seeing their information on Insta. I had the pulled no pork sandwich. Excellent choice. I can’t wait to try the entire menu. Highly recommend!!

Read moreI am very picky with vegan restaurants: I don’t like all of them, but this place is really different.I went with my husband and with a non vegan friend and we had the mediterranean roasted veggie sandwich. So delicate and tasteful. Also the potato salad was really good.
The place is cozy and it is very easy to make mew friends.
The service is very fast.

I took my non-vegan friends for lunch here and we tried the no tuna salad sandwich and the roasted Mediterranean vegetable sandwich. My picky eater friend was scared to buy a full sandwich incase she didn’t like it, but after she tried a bite of the no-tuna salad she was happy to eat her half.
