Awesome vegan pizza (with vegan cheese!)

The vegan pizzas are awesome. They have a couple flavors that are always on the menu:
Vegan Olive and Herb
Vegan Spinach and Mushroom
And then each week they also have one or two additional seasonal vegan flavors - my recent seasonal favorites were the vegan pesto, vegan decadent mushroom, and vegan Guajillo mushroom. The “soy based vegan cheese” is $5, but worth it. The sourdough crust is a thinner crust, baked in the oven, and has just a little tang that compliments the topping flavors.

They also have baguettes and other breads that are vegan.

Pros: Vegan cheese on pizzas, Bold & interesting vegan pizzas, Weekly new seasonal menu items

Cons: No vegan cookies

Friendliest Service w/Limited Vegan Options

Checked them out today thinking I would get a bagel and vegan cream cheese, sadly didn’t have any vegan spreads (only hummus).

I was recommended the vegan focaccia, and because they didn’t have vegan spreads and it was my first time in they gifted me a sesame bagel! Total lucky girl status.
I’d come back for the outdoor seating and friendly service alone!

Pros: All Bagels Are Vegan/Plant-Based Friendly, Vegan Cheese for Pizzas Now Available, Friendly Service, Locally Owned and Operated

Cons: Not Fully Vegan/Plant-Based, Limited Vegan Spreads (Hummus Only)

Great New Location

Pizza pizza pizza. Nicks is one of those staples. Don't expect Michelin quality. Expect a cool place to hang out outside, The Vegan pizza doesn't blow you out of the water but it's good.
The wait time was longer but again we don't mind waiting for good food or bad food. We enjoy the luxuries that we have options and appreciate any place that incorporates Vegan.

Pros: Awesome outdoors, Pizza , Friendly staff

Cons: Wait time but didin't mind

Ok pizza

We ate there a few times when I lived nearby. The wait time for the vegan pizza was pretty long, to the point of being frustrating. My wife liked it, but I found the vegan pizza pretty bland. I wouldn't really recommend it unless you really want pizza, in which case it's worth a try.

The crust is amazing.

I was initially disappointed to learn that Nick's doesn't use a cheese substitute, but rather puts caramelized onions on their vegan pizzas. However, after scarfing down the whole thing I didn't miss the fake cheese at all. The crust is incredible! Even a salt and oil pizza would be amazing with crust like this.

Pros: The crust!, Neighborly

Cons: No fake cheese
