Read moreWe got a jalapeno burger and a Nashville fried chicken sandwich with a side of fries and Mac and cheese. We also got a strawberry lemonade and a watermelon juice. The menu and the meals we got had insane variety and everything was delicious. Just wow overall!
Everything was so fresh and delicious and this is after we took it to the waterfront to eat, so that's at least a ten minute walk.
Service was excellent too - we rolled in half an hour to closing and they still served us (after we checked that was alright of course!).
Can't reccoment highly enough.

So many great options and food came very fast, amazing for a business district. I had the awesome munchwrap supreme and sweet potato fries, plus a starter of cauliflower dippers (they’re huge). Will go whenever in the Loop.

We’ve had Native foods before but hadn’t had it in a while. My husband loved his sandwich. I thought my salad was okay but I can be picky when it comes to bbq sauce. I wish I’d gotten the taco salad. The elote was good! And we also got a chocolate chip cookie which was great. The service was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. It also has good seating options! Great option for a lunch.

I have been eating here since NF first opened so many years ago. It’s a solid option for vegans, but I usually eat here as a treat because I view it as vegan comfort / junk food. Definitely worth a stop!

I had the Poppin' Jalapeno Burger with fries, and it was quite tasty and filling. The decor is somewhat "fast-food", but comfortable enough. The people working there were all friendly.

Went at noon on a Saturday. Place was empty although some people came within 30 min or so. I ordered the gastropub burger and a side salad.
Read moreSide salad was fine. Burger was pretty good but I feel like the whole thing wasn’t worth the $15 I spent. It is slightly better than fast food. It said it came with a bacon tomato jam but I didn’t get much of that at all.
Service was good. Food came out quickly. I’d go back but would probably try something else.

Close to our hotel, was hyped to see plant based restaurants around us. Had chickpea and cauliflower shawarma with tempe, very wholesome and yummy. Also had a munchwrap (like a Taco Bell crunchwrap) which was awesome, crunchy and also less healthy. Thumbs up!!!

really great atmosphere and location, stopped by on the way to the art institute. service was very quick. i got the chicken, bacon and avocado club which came with a side order of fries. the sandwich was delicious and held together really well despite the slippery nature of avocado. the faux bacon and sauce were delicious and really added a level to it. the fries were well seasoned. you could easily have convinced me the chicken patty wasn't vegan!

I’m glad this restaurant is still around! Haven’t looked into what’s happened with all the other ones closing/coming under new management. The folks running this spot are friendly, the food is fresh, portions are substantial, and the space feels clean.

New owner of Native Foods The Loop takes amazing pride in his restaurant and treated us as welcome visitors. The food was plated beautifully (see photos). There was a super generous portion of avocado on the sandwich, the onion rings were thickly cut and crispy and there was a perfect amount of sauce. The only possible complaint was that there was too much yummy goodness on the sandwich to eat without getting your hands sticky, but hey, that's not a complaint - a good thing! Fries were crispy and clean. Restaurant has a fresh coat of paint and is clean. It's a casual fast food restaurant that doesn't feel like fast food anymore. Huge improvement!

Dame D the owner has now purchased native foods the last 100% vegan native foods franchise in the Chicago area. I love this place and have been coming here since it opened. Love the date bar and bowls. So yummy. Dame D is so welcoming and kind! Makes me really want to support him!

I’m shocked at how many great reviews there are. The food is average at best and veryyyyy fast food (not in a good way). There were some interesting menu items, but the execution was pretty poor. It’s like someone mass ordered Gardein products and decided to make a restaurant.
