Didn't start well. Ended up as a wonderful evening. - Edit
I made a telephone booking for a party of 8 from a significant distance out of town. I provided a phone number and an email address as requested. When I returned to my hotel, I found a series of emails asking for a credit card number to confirm the booking, followed by another saying that my booking had been cancelled. I went to the restaurant and pointed out that no one had told me about the possible email to confirm the booking. The manager apologised and reinstated the booking for slightly later.

We were allowed to order from the standard menu. I was the only vegan in the group.
Having gotten over the initial hurdles, the service was fantastic. The vegan dishes were delivered to me personally and the rest of the group all got the dishes they ordered. That said, many of the dishes could be shared among group and were!
The food was excellent and the service very friendly and helpful. We all had a great evening.
Pros: Willingness to acknowledge poor communication., Correcting the mistake., Great food and service.
Cons: We needed to know about their expectations.

First off, I was just happy that there were veg options. Im new to vegetarian dining, so was a bit worried.

Delicious tacos & tostadas made vegan. Delish guacamole with chips & pico de gallo. Very helpful and friendly staff with more vegan options. Vegetarian on the menu. Tamarind margarita is a recommend!

Some authentic dishes - Edit
Lively atmosphere , After a year in Australia, I finally feel like I was eating Mexican food. The tacos are so loaded they really should double up on the tortillas( made in house). The vegan dishes are super flavorful. And they have vegan dessert as well!
