Great little shop - Edit
This is a wonderful wholefoods shop, where you can get everything you need, from tofu, vegan cheese, seaweed, to chocolate, eco dishwasher tablets and rice. Lots of it is sustainably packaged and the staff are very friendly. You can get refills of herbs and spices. Gallwch ddefnyddio eich Cymraeg yma hefyd!

Go to for vegan and zero waste goodies - Edit
We are travelling in the area and found it difficult to find organic produce like local veggies and some fruits (apples, grapes, cherries). This has been a life saver, even though the offer in general is fairly minimal. The managed to stock all essentials into this small store.

Healthy options and tasty food - Edit
I went there today and there were a good variety of food that was vegan or vegatarian. As a vegan I feel relieved knowing that there are places that sell vegan food as it's usually quite hard to find places that sell vegan food. I will visit again sometime, if you go on holidays in Wales and care about the environment, health or welfare of animals then this is a place I recommend you to visit. Diolch!

All the usual health food store items but the best thing about this shop is the spice room at the back where they measure out spices into paper bags and charge a fraction of supermarket prices.

(Almost) all you could need in one shop! Good range for vegans and Yvonne the owner is very happy to order things in for you. Chilled, frozen, dried foods, non-food items, fresh organic vegetables (from her own farm) and also very extensive herb and spice room at the back.
