Nice Cat Cafe

Recently visited this Cat Cafe with my girlfriend and had a good time. They serve many drinks and food items (veg as well) that one can get and enjoy the company of many cats. Fun place to hang out for the afternoon and eat a meal or have a drink.

Pros: Atmosphere, Drinks, Cats

Ignoring their own rules

Coming in, you have to sanitise your hands, they are really carefull with germs around the cats. They also constantly clean noses whenever a cat makes a noise, mostly because some hair is getting stuck (like cats do).One cat was really stressed and anxcious because of this, sad to see. The staff ignore all the rules and information (they have a binder) that are given to customers. They wake the cats up, ignore the signals of irritation from the cats (teasing them with pulling tail etc.), pick them up when they were just sleeping.. they just don't let them be. The food was okay, we had the vegetarian sandwich without the mozzarella. It was a small portion. The coffee with soymilk was really good. Yeah the cats where beautifull, the place looks nice, but i don't like the way they treat them.. so it is a no for me 😉

Pros: Good coffee with soy, The cats are beautifull, Clean place

Cons: Strange atmosphere , Only 2 or 3 vegan food options

Cute cafe with good food

The cats are of good nature even with children and you can see the bond they have with staff members who clearly care for the animals and play with them during quiet periods. The interaction with the cats is minimal as expected they sleep constantly - which makes it more enjoyable and not a show like atmosphere. They could be a little stricter on people positioning the cats for photo ops involuntarily.
The food and coffee are very good - worth ordering over the 20k kip fee.

Pros: Lots of vegetarian options, Nice atmosphere

Cons: Not strict enough of people moving cats, Could have more vegan options

At least 2 dishes or pay fee.

I have to admit I did not eat here so this review is a bit unfair but I will explain what happened. The first time I went I asked about vegan options since they are not specified but she did not understand the term. They were about to close anyway so I returned the next day. She confirmed the smoothie bowl does not contain dairy. I was about to order it but noticed that I would have to pay a fee if I only ordered 1 dish. I didn't want a coffee since they do not have plant milk. Upon enquiry she said I would have to order 2 more dishes in order to waive the 20k kip fee just to play with cats. I left. Not entirely sure that cat cafes are ethical anyway.

Pros: Vegan options not specified, Expensive, Have to pay fee

Cons: Has cute cats

Great place!

They have many choices for dishes, dessert (like mango sticky rice), and for breakfast (smoothie bowl). It's a bit pricy but nice for chilling if you like being around cats.
