Seaweed, beans, tofu, vegetables. An important element for food is Umami. Fermented seasoning is healthy for your gut. Open Mon 6:00pm-9:00pm, Wed-Sat 6:00pm-9:00pm. Closed Sun., Tue., & Japanese national holidays.

The chef is amazing — warm, passionate, and excited to share how she creates traditional Japanese dishes in a completely vegan way. Sitting at her cozy bar felt more like being a guest in her home than in a restaurant.
Even if you’re not vegan, you won’t miss a thing — the food is that good. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience Japanese food!
