The dough tastes and feels gluten-free - Edit
I visited them at the Swan Market in Utrecht and tried a couple of items. I liked their cheesecake (with nut/date bottom) and Dulche de leche (based on cashew nuts), but disliked their ham/cheese croissant, pesto/feta roll and red velvet cookie. The dough was clearly gluten-free: it was brittle and a bit hard/dry with a typical mouthfeel.

This was a very confusing experience as my brain could not comprehend how the eclairs and chocozoenen were vegan and gluten free!! This was such a treat 😍

Amazing female-owned start-up bakery. I met them at a few events and all the food I tried was so good! You can also order online. I can’t wait to see what will become of this concept and to see the first store opening!❤️

We hebben een proeverij mogen bijwonen waar we deze heerlijke lekkernijen hebben mogen proeven. Binnenkort gaan ze open en kunnen meer mensen gaan genieten van al het lekkers. We gaan hier zeker een bestelling doen voor onze bruiloft en meerdere verjaardagen!
