Best vegan pancakes I've ever had, fantastic milkshakes and lovely atmosphere - Edit
We had a concert in Antwerp in the evening, but specifically came to the city a couple of hours earlier just to get brunch here. The menu looked way too good to miss out on. We made the right decision!
Read moreWe both ordered the Coffeegasm milkshake and it was DELICIOUS! So creamy and tasty. It reminded me of the old skool non-vegan milkshakes I used to drink in the past.
For lunch my fiance got the "You Make Me Completo" sausage dish. He said it was really good and tasted just like the 'real meaty' version he used to eat. It's not a dish you can find vegan in many other restaurants. And he was very excited to be able to eat it again!
I got the banana speculoos pancakes and they were to die for! I can definitely say these are the best vegan pancakes I've ever had! Very fluffy, satisfying and moist. Perfect with the sweet banana and speculoos flavors! It was a large portion and I had to fight to finish it all. But it was too delicious to leave any leftovers.
The overall atmosphere of this place is lovely too. Very cozy and chill. Alternative, in the best way.
Ngl, this restaurant isn't cheap. But the food and drinks are worth every penny! The dishes are of very high quality and you can tell they are made with a lot of love.
It's a shame we didn't stay in Antwerp long enough to try their dinner menu. If we ever get back we will definitely return here!

We were there for lunch and ordered the Pita Shawarmama and the ‘You make Me Completo’ burger. The burger was very tasty, even if the bread didn't go well with it. The potatoes with the burger were unfortunately a little too flavoured with rosemary. The staff were very nice and the atmosphere was good.

Sweet vegan place in Antwerp, serving damm great breakfast/lunch food in a very nice venue. Staff is super friendly and the coffee was top notch. However, it does not come cheap, nor fast even at a pretty quiet time.

Ik had aangegeven dat mijn vrouw allergisch is voor Paprika. De eigenaar bevestigd dat hij dat snapt. Zegt ook dat er in de tapas geen paprika zit. Dus geen probleem. Eerste gerecht! Hij verteld dat er paprika in zit! Uh ja! Geen oplossing of alternatief voor mijn vrouw. Toen kwam de tapas. Alles in 1x op tafel. Zat weer een gerecht bjj met paprika. De warme gerechten zijn heel snel afgekoeld. Nog een haar in het eten gevonden. Serveerster is erg klungelig. Laat volle fles bier vallen. Eten is verder smakeloos. Ook verder geen alternatief voor gekregen omdat mijn vrouw dus 2 van de grootste gerechten niet kon eten. En dus met honger het restaurant verliet. En als je dan ziet wat je af moet rekenen!! Werkelijk te schandalig voor woorden. Prijs kwaliteit is bizar slecht! Nooit meer naar HART!!!

**Cherry Pancakes:**
The pancakes are pre-baked. The hot cherries are from a can heated in the microwave, resulting in a strange combination of hot and lukewarm. The sauce from the cherries isn't thick or sweet enough to be considered a syrup.
**English Breakfast:**
My English breakfast had the same problem with temperature. The only freshly cooked item was the burning hot potatoes. The white beans in tomato sauce were from a can and served at room temperature. Because the beans were directly from the can, the tomato sauce was more like soup than a sauce. It lacked pepper and salt, which were not provided on the table. The tofu scramble had a good taste, except the turmeric was raw, giving it an earthy taste. It would be much nicer if cooked with the other spices. The vegan sausage was undercooked, which is unexpected in a fully vegan restaurant.
Sure! Here's a conclusion for your review:
In conclusion, while the restaurant offers a promising menu, the execution falls short. The space is nice and clean and the serves is good. But we where here for the food.

We spontaneously booked a table for lunch on a sunday and got some very good and high quality food (tortilla and pita). The staff was very friendly. We brought some chocolate and vanilla pudding filled crossaints to go, which were also really good!

We had the ‘Tapa Experience’, a fabulous collection of super tasty dishes. Imagine the best Spanish tapas you ever had, only plant based! Empanadas, pinxos, albondigas, paella, croquetas de mar… The staff is super friendly, great atmosphere, this is a must visit in Antwerp.

I tried to get in (one person) at noon on Saturday — no chance, fully booked. But when I finally got a table on Sunday, it was a treat! I had pancakes, which were very good. It would have been nice to try out different things (e.g. scrambled tofu) but they don’t offer mixture plates. (This problem would be solved if you come with a friend and share plates.)

Bediening vriendelijk. Voor mij helaas weinig glutenvrije opties. Wel een scrambled tofu gerecht, die vullend is. Tofu was alleen vlak van smaak, volgens mij alleen met kurkuma en verder niets. Had makkelijk met wat sojasaus en kala namak opgepept kunnen worden. Vandaar 3 sterren. Schaaltje nacho's apart erbij besteld. Wellicht dat andere gerechten beter op smaak zijn.
