This place is very fresh feeling and has several vegan options for the bases, vegetables, and sauces. My only issue is that they have only one vegan protein, which is cold caprese tofu, which doesn’t really work if you get a hot meal. Would be nice if they had a hot tofu option as well. Otherwise very good.
