They don’t serve food anymore - Edit
Coffee and toasts, but they don’t serve food anymore. Pictures of salads, etc in HappyCow are from previous menus that they don’t make anymore.

Das Element Café kann man noch als "Geheimtipp" bezeichnen. Es hat unzählige vegane und vegetarische Optionen. Alles wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt wirklich super. Hier ist slow food angesagt, also bringt Zeit mit.

Caution when ordering - Edit
Nice food, but the owner served a pancake with gluten after we specifically asked for only gluten free options on everything we ordered, and we had doubled checked the ordered items were all gluten free. No apology from the owner, offer of compensation or refund of the dish they fed to my gluten intolerant friend. The waitress who made us aware of the mistake was very kind and apologetic, but the owner couldn't care less.

Fantastic Food - Edit
I have been coming to Element Cafe since it opened a few weeks ago. The food in here is really something special and Ivan the chef is very friendly and welcoming. The thing that is very prevalent for me is the value for money. I would highly recommend eating here if you pass through Tarifa.
