i work at copper branch in Utrecht. me and my friends were in Paris, so i took them to copper branch there. they said they loved it and that the burgers are amazing (even in comparison to meat).

After an attempt on Boulogne Billancourt, Copper Branch is back in force in Paris with a successful inauguration on Thursday 23/09/2021!
This restaurant has everything to offer a varied menu consisting of burgers, wraps, poke bowl, Pad Thai, and sides like fries, guacamole, hummus, nuggets ....
The welcome is very pleasant, I was able to discuss with the managers of the concept and the development of the franchise in France and especially in Paris.
We were able to make a mezze of several "sides" with friends.
I was able to taste their signature burger, and it's a treat with a "signature" vegetable steak worked by Copper branch, very close to Beyond Meat!
6 choices of burgers are available with an interesting kids version.
Served very quickly with terminals if there is a lot of people at lunchtime.
Desserts are plentiful and gluten-free options are also available.
The drinks are plentiful and the cola is really very good, like the house drinks!
With ten places on the ground floor and 20 places on the -1 floor, I especially enjoyed the cozy sofa area with friends.
In short, a very accessible and popular place to spend a pleasant time with friends to taste heathly vegetable street food or not ...
