Follow the yellow painted line!!! it is the tasty way...

this is a special understated restaurant in the tuen mun area. fortunately i stumbled upon it on happy cow, as i’ve been to this area countless times, yet was unaware of its existence.
the property is primarily a taoist temple, and you must purchase your selections in advance at a ticket counter. nothing in english to rely on there; just some pictures. so I used google’s Translate app and camera feature. it solves that challenge. you will see a painted yellow line on the walkways throughout the complex. the line originates at the ticket counter and terminates at the restaurant.
meal delivery was quick. food was very tasty. if you love mushrooms, you’re in for a treat!

Pros: 100% vegan, sizable portions , quality offering

Cons: a bit challenging if relying solely on english

Very Good Food; Pleasant Location; Traditional Hong Kong

This is really a delightful lunch. The grounds of the Temple are very interesting to walk around. The food is really nice and is presented in a traditional Hong Kong food hall setting that is getting very difficult to find these days! The staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoy this meal and experience!

Pros: Good Food and Large Selection, Fantastic Surroundings and Friendly Staff, Good Value for the Money

Cons: Out of the City--but that can also be a Pro

Ching Chung Koon, Hong Kong

1stly the buildings and the gardens here are beautiful.

To get here from Siu Hong MTR, change to the LRT and get of at the Ching Chung stop. Then cross to other side of the track and as you face the fence with the bonzai gardens behind the fence, there is a path into the gardens to your right.

The food appears to be all vegan. There is a cash office for ordering and payment. The food is then brought to you in a dining hall.

Pros: Vegan friendly, Beautiful buildings & gardens
